We are Third Generation Air Conditioning Company. We are a family owned and operated business. We visited the Florida Keys on vacation and fell in love with the beauty, but even more so the people. We are getting great feedback from our customers regarding professionalism and timeliness. We believe in being honest and giving our customers our best at a fair price.

History

Established in 2001.

Tropical Clean Air started out as a small duct cleaning business and has blossomed into a full service, licensed and insured air conditioning company. We have undergone numerous changes and improvements along the way. We recently had a very positive change in management. This has allowed us to streamline and focus on what matters to us most, customer service.

Very responsive. These people answer the phone and reply to requests promptly. They showed up when they promised, were careful moving their equipment around the house and cleaned the job site throughly. Highly recommended fir cleaning your AC duct work.

I previously reviewed this company and was very negative, as we did not have a good experience.
However, since then, they did reach out to apologize and said that they admittedly had some staffing problems in the past, and that they have since then made changes to their operation and are dedicated to providing quality service.
They also asked that I contact them so that they could make it right, which I greatly appreciate and respect. It takes humility to recognize that you have problems with running your business and man up to it, and then determine to make changes in order to improve.
So, I am updating this review because of their integrity and hope that they will do a great job going forward.
