From the time you walk in the door until the moment you float out, our goal is to totally pamper and relax our clients.

We offer natural nail services, a variety of facials, waxing, body treatments and massages. We have a wet room with a Vichy shower for body treatments and steam room with shower. We also have 2 stand up tanning booths and offer spray tanning as well. We can accommodate parties of 6 or more with advanced notice to have the spa to yourselves. Our 90 minute Couples massage is our most popular treatment!

History

Established in 2013.

Flow Spa opened its doors in July 2013. I had a vision of having my own Day spa and so I made it happen. It is a beautiful, warm and calming spa. We truly love what we do and you will feel it too!

A message from Victoria: My passion is taking care of others through my gift of healing hands. I truely enjoy making someone look and feel better about themselves. I want to thank everyone who has supported me in my dream of creating a sanctuary where I can do what I love every day. A special thank you to my husband, my motivator, who pushes me to reach for the stars and helped me to bring my vision to life. For those who dream, dream big and make them come true!

After searching for a salon in Key West, this is the only one that really caught my eye. The interior is very inviting and serene. What is particularly unique is their small booths to do manis-​so clever! The lighting of this place also sets a peaceful atmosphere. I came here solely for a makeup application and the girl (Erin) did a superb job. If you’re looking for someone to do your makeup for a fancy event, request her! She’s so sweet and listens to every single one of your requests. Not to mention, she made me feel relaxed and comfortable the entire time I got my makeup done. I may come back for nails in the future because this place seems to be doin it right!

Not impressed at all. Husband got me a massage and scrub package. Called the place numerous times ahead of appointment and nobody answered. Massage was below par and the scrub was so-​so. The staff was nice but the place is overpriced. They also overcharged us. Not a good experience.

I really hate to leave a so-​so review, because I wanted so badly to love this little place. The website says arrive 10 – 15 minutes early to slip into your bathrobe and relax. It also says all massage treatments start with 5 – 10 minutes in a steam room. I’m about 10 days into my 2 week vacation and a little steam detox was what I was looking for. I arrived 15 minutes early, but wasn’t offered a robe or steam treatment. I felt like because I was their first appointment of the day, they weren’t ready for me. She rushed me into the massage room, came back a good 5 minutes later, and the massage was mediocre. I checked my watch after I had taken the time to get dressed and it was 9:49. My appointment was at 9am for a 55 minute massage. It served the purpose-​a mediocre massage is better than nothing, but I expected a little more for $ 100.

My wife and I came here for a couples massage. My wife had Adam and Melissa was my therapist. We both were extremely satisfied with the massages that were given to us. The pressure was excellent and therapists were very nice. I would definitely recommend this place

Incredible experience!
I called and booked an appointment on extremely short notice and Victoria took great care of me. I mentioned that I had tension especially in my neck and shoulders and she focused on those points throughout our session. The facility is clean, nicely decorated, and very relaxing. I walked out feeling so much better!

Really enjoyed my experience here. I love the area it’s in and the inside of the salon is so pretty. Feminine and best of all relaxing. I had a pedicure done here. The lady was great! She was very friendly. I called and they took me right on in, probably because it was early. It’s a small shop therefore I suggest you call ahead of time to ensure you get in. The prices are more reasonable than some of the other shops that I’d come across on Duvall and definitely great customer service! I highly recommend this nail shop!

I really hate to leave a mediocre review because this is such a cute little place and the people that work there seem nice. I think they probably specialize in massages (and that is why there are so many great reviews for that). However, I ran in for a spa manicure on the last day of our vacation. It was about 50 which is about 30 more than I normally pay back home, but guessed it would be an amazing experience. The manicurist was absolutely lovely, but, yikes really bad manicure. It was just clumpy. I stayed an extra 15 minutes as it just didn’t seem like it could be dry. 2 hours later when we pulled over in the car to eat lunch, it was a mess just from slight bangs. a few hours later I was still able to dent the finish so the under layers clearly never got dry — too thick?
I have no doubt that if we had stayed in town they would have kindly re-​painted my nails more carefully but for 50, I kind of wish it was done right the first time. Go for massages, I hear they are wonderful — maybe skip the mani.

I had a great massage. There was a heating pad on the table when I arrived. I’ve had countless massages and that is a touch very few get right. The massage was wonderful! Victoria has warm, fluid hands and a soothing voice. Steam shower afterward. I also got a manicure and pedicure, and they are so-​so. Maybe the paint, but it’s already chipping :/​
Lovely, soothing atmosphere. Nice and quiet off the Main Drag of Duval. Would definitely return.

I have officially treated myself to heaven on earth! Samantha took great care of me. My service was the sweet hydrating body wrap. It was an hour of bliss. I was scrubbed down, covered on honey, rinsed with milk, wrapped up like a burrito and given the worlds best scalp massage. Then I threw in a lash tint while I kept on marinating in my wrap. After that I showered in a beautiful shower then was massaged with lotion. The entire time Samantha was sweet and very professional. She made me feel very comfortable, I never felt naked, I had a towel covering me the whole time.
After all that I could believe the price, 115.00 for the body wrap and 20 for the eyelash tint. WHAT?! That is a steal!
Go to flowspa, ask for Samantha. She is amazing. Also it’s beautiful inside. It’s all about the details.
