I came down to Key West in 1975,
and saw how many of the trees were being poorly cared for,
I felt I could do better after having worked pruning in
apple orchards where tree preservation is important.
So the Leaping Lizard Tree Service was born.

After studying extensively on my own and also through a long time membership in the I.S.A (International Society of Arborculture) a worldwide organization dedicated to increase our knowledge of trees and their care. I finally became a Certified Arborist 20 years ago and continue to study tree care to renew my certification annually.
