Jeffrey Snyder former company, Suncoast Construction and Design, is the company I contracted for major repairs to my house. Over the several years since this work was completed I have come to realize how many of the repairs were never made or done so poorly they had to be done again. The roof repair was never made causing the water to leak down onto my new airconditioners for the six months I was not at the house; the scraping and priming of the metal supports on the house was never done, just painted over. The next season the rust started to show through the paint; plaster board was used instead of the proper cement board on the wall of the bathroom. I was told that the way he attached the gutter, it was about to fall off. Like all good con men Jeff is a very likable guy, but his work is of terrible quality if done at all.
Update on above review. I am now in the process of redoing the spalling job Jeffrey Snyder never did properly. The bids coming in are at around $ 8,000 for four of the columns with obvious failure. There are four other columns he did and I expect that they will also fail some time in the future. Stay away from this guy.
