For hardware and building supplies, forget the big box places unless you just can’t get it anywhere else. I went into the Keystone Building Center yesterday and paid 25% less for exactly the same piece of molding as priced by Home Depot and Lowes. All of the items here aren’t that much less, but my experience is most prices are the same or less. You don’t have to hunt down help or wait your turn(usually). Help here comes looking for you. I only gave them 4 stars because after all, they don’t have 200,000 square feet of floor space, but fact of the matter is, 98% of the time, they’ll have what you need. Everyone in the place is helpful and never too busy to stop what they’re doing.
