Aloha Unilocalers! Well I’m not gonna be benevolent with the stars because I was sorely inconvenienced and it could have been avoided. However the staff was very gracious in their efforts for correction, thus three stars instead of one.
I purchased a pedicure on Friday. By Saturday polish had virtually disappeared from a few toes. Wiped clean. This led me to believe that the polish was not applied properly.
During my Friday visit, there were three technicians for 6 people and my Pedi was continually interrupted by double timing techs.
The Good news is that this Nail Salon is one of the most beautiful on all of Maui, incredibly relaxing (when quiet) and the massage chairs are top notch.
I say try it, but not when busy with not enough staff.
Again, they did fix my issue a couple days later without incident. I just don’t think the service is more than three star.

I’ve been to get a mani/​pedi 3 times while in Maui. The first time was at a salon in South Kihei which was ok. I discovered Bellagio while I was shopping at Safeway, they are in the Pi’ilani Shopping Center. Bellagio is fairly new, nicely decorated, has about 6 mani stations and maybe 7 pedi stations, but most importantly, the salon is very clean. In addition to mani/​pedi the salon offers facials and massages.
The first time male tech gave me wonderful pedi and gel mani. The second time Jane took care of me; in a word, she is AWESOME! My hands and toes looked great when she was done, thank you Jane.
Price is probably average for Maui, depending on the service, but the mani/​pedi far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Bellagio for the services they offer, the professionalism and friendliness of the nail techs, the great customer service. When I return to Maui I will return to Bellagio. Thanks Bellagio for a great service!

I’ve gone to this place a couple times and I really like it. The place is new and beautifully designed and decorated.
I usually get the gel on my nails and theirs lasts really long. I Decided to go with acrylic today and the lady who did it was awesome!!! She did it while I was getting a pedonicure, props to her for pulling that off. I didn’t get her name but she was thin and in her 50s or so. She also did a great job on my eyebrows.
The price is pretty average.
I live up country but I’m not happy with the services I’ve received at nail shops up here. I will be back to Kihei to see the Bellagio crew.

Just had 2 deluxe pedicures! Wonderful!!! Very friendly staff. Would highly recommend them. My legs and feet feel TERRIFIC!

Me and my boyfriend come to this salon every other week. We love going to this salon because it’s clean, modern looking, the staffs are super friendly and professional. I like the layout of the salon, it’s different from the other salons that I ever been to. It’s really sweet of them, that they always offered us water every time we come in to get our pedicure and manicure did. I want to thanks Andy and his staffs for their great customer service. Keep it up guys!!!

I’ve never felt this insulted and disrespected by a nail salon before. I had a full set of acrylic nails and when it came to polish; I asked for a glitter ombré. The nail tech seemed annoyed but said «whatever you like» It was clear she didn’t know what she was doing because she applied a glob of glitter polish near the cuticle than used a nail buffer to smash the glitter further down the nail. This resulted in uneven glitter and bumpy nails.
Here is the worst part; the nail tech was mumbling under her breath and was talking shit about me to the owner in Vietnamese. What they didn’t know was that I am fluent and understood every bad word and insult she was calling me!!! This nail tech was actually calling me a difficult bitch because I asked for glitter and she didn’t know how to do it and was debating to the owner if she could charge me an additional $ 5 for her «nail art» OMG the insults continued as I was hostage under the nail dryer…
I paid by credit card hoping she’d noticed the last name was Tran on the card and that I was Vietnamese. She didn’t bat an eye.
I walked over to the owner and told him in fluent Viet that I understood every bad name and insult and that I would never be coming back… No apologies from the nail tech (I think her name was Lee) she put on her ear buds and acted like nothing was happening… She could tell I was hurt and upset and she offered up no apologies or sympathies. All I can say is never go here because service is horrific.

Clean bright friendly! If you want the best pedicure make an appointment with Andy. Bottle water and massage chairs that are state of the art.

Great new nail salon! Super clean and welcoming. I usually only get my nails done once and a while but now that this place has opened I have the feeling I’m going to be giving my cuticles a lot more love.

Went today to do a full set and a pedicure. I’m completely in love with my nails. Showed them a picture of the design I wanted and they had no problem doing it. I never did like the color orange but after they were finished with my nails, orange is actually a really beautiful color. The inside is so clean and extravagant which is what I loved. They even gave me a discount which was very nice of them. I finally found a great nail salon, so I’ll definitely be back.

When walking in this nail salon, it exceeded my expectation. Since I’m a visitor from California, I thought this nail salon will be typical. The décor of this salon is really modern and updated. The atmosphere was inviting and calming. I opted for shellac because I love the look of it. They have a wall of nail polishes which I thought was really clean and organized. The nail tech was really nice and entertaining. Just tell them how you want your nails and cuticle cut and they will listen. Overall, my nails looked on point and I was really happy with it. I would highly recommend this place.

Horrible!!! Dont go there!!! I got a full set gel nails and my cuticles are bleeding and its all messed up, had to go to another nail salon to get them redone! Save yourself the time and money and dont go here!

I love this nails salon… it’s very clean and the staff are professional. I got shellac done and it looks great. It had exceeded my expectations. This was a nice salon the techs were friendly the water in the pedi tub could have been warmer. The salon was very clean it has only been open a week great selection of nail polish. We are coming back with our wedding party in July
