We also have the only Bakery in Kihei or Wailea and open at 7am everyday.
We just got voted Best New Restaurant for the Island and have become very well known for our very Italian Thin Crust Pizza, Meat Lasanga, Tiramisu and our Canollis.

Michelle had studied Baking and Pastry at the Culinary Institute of America and worked at Longhis, Grand Wailea Hotel and Spago.
Lorenzo worked in his Dads Hotel in Cinque Terra for many years making Pizza and home made Pasta…
In May 2001 when Matteo’s closed Lorenzo and Michelle teamed up with Mike O’Dwyer a former Matteo’s Owner and Four Seasons Veteran to open Fabiani’s Bakery and Pizzeria.

Lorenzo met his sweetheart Michelle a professional Baker and Pastry Chef and thus Fabianis was formed.
