Established in 1980.

Established in Waikiki in 1980, and open in Kihei since 2006 with our spectacular ocean view, Mooses has provided a fun, relaxed atmosphere for Dining, Drinking, Sports and Aloha for several decades.

I’ve been with the Mooses family for 30 years, starting as a cocktail waitress at Moose McGillycuddys on Oahu, to becoming the General Manager and partner of the newest location in Kihei. It is a gift to be here enjoying our spectacular ocean view, watching dolphins swim by in the mornings, and whales breaching during the winter months.

Moose McGillycuddy’s Pub & Café is my Family, my Ohana.

Really great happy hour, but it’s busy so get there early. $ 5 for 20oz draft beer, and $ 4 any cocktails from 4−7pm. You’d be hard pressed to find any better. Taco Tuesday was awesome too — taco choices range from $ 3-​$ 5.

So I’m only speaking for my entrée’s yumminess. The rest of our table wasn’t really into their food. But man oh man… My husband and I got the Angelica Pickles burger. Wow. It was perfect. One of the best burgers ever. The fried pickles on it had great flavor and the meat was cooked perfectly. Would have this again and again!

Great place, with a beautiful ocean view, a wonderful laid-​back atmosphere (complete with 80’s music videos) and fast and friendly staff (Shaun). Great happy hour til 7, awesome Mai Tais, good burgers, nachos and chicken strips. The Hawaiian egg rolls were spicy and went very well with the cold draft beer. We’ll be sure to stop in during our next trip to Hawaii.

Okay drinks and potato skins. Service incredibly slow and sever inattentive. Lots of better places in close proximity. As example, waited 15 minutes for check after asking for it.

Went here after a wedding with a group of 9 from the wedding party. One of the people in our group forgot her ID (she’s 30) and they kicked us out. They unfortunately wee not nice about it either.

One of our top spots on Maui. Food is good, view rocks, and the staff has always been nice. Price is a little high, but shoots your on Maui with one of the best non hotel views on the south side.

First, the location: The here mentioned Bar MOOSE isn’t placed in Honolulu, but in Kihei on Maui, which means a different island (QYPE doesn’t know Maui!). Excellent view from the bar and very good cocktails. I prefered the time in the afternoon to sunset and enjoyed the happy hour offers. In the rooms you will find a very strange and interesting collection of pictures and objects
