History

Established in 2002.

I started my first Pilates Studio in 1996. I have grown and improved my location and equipment each year. Pilates Maui continues to grow allowing more and more visitors and residents to enjoy all the health benefits Pilates can bring to your fitness program. We have Physical Therapists as instructors to assure your program is safe and effective. All our instructors have certifications and training with many established Pilates organizations and other health related organizations. We hope to make your Pilates experience the best it can be. Meet the Business Owner

Candice C.

Business Owner

Candice Crews is the founder and owner of Pilates Maui. Candice is a longtime Maui resident and has worked as a Pilates Instructor and Professional Fitness trainer in California, Hawaii, Europe, Japan and Indonesia. Candice has over thirty-​five years experience coaching, teaching and instructing physical fitness and lifestyle changes. Candice’s first College degree is in Primary Education via London England. Candice is presently certified in Stott Pilates Mat and Reformer Advanced, CCB (Cadillac, Chair and Barrels) and ISP (Injury and Special Populations). She holds a current certification with ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine) as a fitness instructor. Candice also is a Provider for continuing education for AFAA (Aerobic and Fitness Association of American), ACE and ACSM. Candice has been instructing Pilates for 8 years with 10 years of training through PhysicalMind Institute and other nationally recognized Pilates Organizations.
