I sent my friends on a unique tour on Star Maui limousine last week and visited beautiful sites in the mountains with gorgeous views – the driver was the owner and showed my friends our favorite spots –tedeschi winery in ulupalakua, la Provence café in kula, Makawao town, Paia and Baldwin beach then to Mama’s for dinner… they loved his special tips, classical music, and kind service.
I highly recommend Leo at Star Maui Limo!

This review is for the lack of professionalism over email with this company. I sent a detailed charter request to them for a pricing quote and all I got in return was «we cannot help you». No suggestion to another company or even a courteous and or professional response. I am completely fine with not using them for any of my transportation needs as their customer service is lacking. There are tons of options out there and sadly this isn’t one of them!

They advertise «Custom White Stretch Limo’s» with all the amenities. «In addition, we have an in-​house Concierge to arrange all of your important details. From the formally attired, Professional Chauffeurs to Red Carpet and Just Maui’d Signs. A complementary beverage service is always available.»
Nice ride. Questionable customer service — no email confirmations or itemized charges — & a snappy phone voice.
They charge 7.17% tax & 20% gratuity on top of these one-​way transfer rates.

The airport transfer was part of a paid honeymoon surprise — boy, I was surprised too, upon receiving my credit card statement. They need to better on the communication.
