Established in 1997.

Julie Parson, a farmer’s daughter at heart, is the president and driving force behind Julie’s Outdoor Enhancement & Design. The company originally formed to renovate her family farm in 1995 and from there became a full service landscaping company by May, 1997. Her love of the outdoors, along with her decorative and design expertise, have been joined together in this venture. Julie has lived on the Outer Banks for three decades and in her pursuit of the perfect career has become a local ‘jack-​of-​all-​trades’.
