I called them to schedule a rekey on a vacant house. This on a Thursday. I told them that the house was vacant and that no one would be there. They said that could rekey that day or the next. and that no one would meet them was not a problem. Then on Friday it had not been done and they said that they could not rekey unless someone was there even though they had originally agreed to do it even though no one was there. So I called back they said it was a mix up and that they would rekey over the weekend. That ddd not happen and so I arranged for someone to meet the locksmith at the house on Monday. That locksmith did not show up for the meeting. No one called me to let me know that at all though I am readily available with voice mail and cell phone. Apparently that locksmith had to go to the hospital and it does seem that they could have easily arranged for another person to come to the house to rekey. Instead they just stood him up and did not call at all. When I called on Monday to check they said they were sorry and that they could rekey the house the following Friday as that was the earliest they could do it! Needless to say I moved on to another company who rekeyed it the next day. I would never ever recommend this company to anyone as they are poor communicators and cannot be relied upon.
