Bought a car 5 months ago from Charlie, who was plenty helpful and got me into a vehicle that I have had in the shop once out of pocket and now needing a transmission after assuring me it just needed an O2 sensor. Transmission costs more than the car is worth and now I need more of a down payment then before and of course those helpful guys are now being that classic scum cliché salesmen…

I was overly critical in a previous review. I was frustrated with their 30 day trade in payoff policy because it was going to affect my credit score. I am not a fan of waiting 30 days before getting tags as well. Outside of those things they do have some quality people there, and they gave me a fair deal. I would deal with them again, but only with a 7 day payoff agreement.
