Meet the Business Owner
Beth R.
Business Owner
Beth began teaching fitness in 1995 in San Diego, CA.
Over the past two decades she has taught many styles and all levels of clients. Outdoor fitness became her passion when she relocated to the Green Mountains of Vermont in 2009 and founded Killington Boot Camp.
Boot Camp is her signature class, combining the most effective drills to create total body workouts that are fun yet challenging to all. Keeping up with current trends, Beth recently added TRX suspension training and it is quickly becoming as popular as her boot camp classes.
Beth has completed 4 Spartan Races, including two challenging «Beast» distances of 13+ miles and has become a prominent local trainer for obstacle course race participants. In addition to the regular schedule, special obstacle course training sessions are held throughout the summer months to prepare for these races.
Beth has completed certifications through AFFA, AFTA and ASFA as well as completing TRX instructor training.
