Business Owner

Real food for real people.

Since 1995, Laura McKenna and the girls have been serving up great «real food». Only the freshest ingredients. Whole foods — Local and organic whenever possible.

We use local dairy, eggs, fruit and vegetables whenever possible. We bake all of our breads and bakery items on premise daily using King Arthur flours. Our cheeses come from Cabot Creamery of Montpelier, VT and Maplebrook Farm of Bennington, VT. Delicious, naturally raised, free range chicken from Misty Knoll Farms of New Haven, VT, and bacon and deli meats from Vermont Smoke & Cure of Barre, VT. Fair Trade coffees from Mill City Roasting Company of Manchester, NH, and Organic Coffee from Benbows Coffee Roaster in Bar Harbour, ME.

Fresh, homemade Gluten-free muffins available daily.

Gluten-free bread available for breakfast and lunch sandwiches.

Because we strive to use only the freshest ingredients possible, availability may vary.
