Dr. Billups received his Master of Science Degree in Applied Psychology at Virginia Commonwealth University and his Doctorate of Psychology from The Virginia Consortium in Clinical Psychology. He completed his internship at Eastern Virginia Graduate School of Medicine with a concentration in behavioral medicine. He specializes in work with adults abused as children, trauma victims, and individuals in the legal system.
