Bath & Body Works

I love Bath and Body Works. I go everytime I am at KOP. It was one of my first stops on Dec 26^th to take advantage of the $ 3 sale.
After leaving and spending several hours at the mall my daughter realized she left her iphone at one of our stops. We retraced our steps and ended up at b&bw. We were pretty used to getting many negative responses at that point. But Janelle came to our rescue. She, and her current customer, took a moment to listen to us and recommended a way to find our phone using her phone. She continued to help other customers while giving me her phone to do a search.
That is real customer service and I really appreciate her willingness to go the extra mile, even when she was busy with other customers.

I visit this location quite frequently and have never encountered bad service. The store is bright, clean, organized, and well stocked for the most part. Sales associates are friendly and helpful without being pushy.

I love this store! The employees are friendly! The only reason I downgraded it 1 star is because some of the scents don’t smell on there hand lotion and hand sanitizer.

I love how friendly all the sales associates are! They will go out of their way to help you.
