Business Owner

Mickey is the Managing Partner of Delta Consultants. He has been a Psychologist to business for 30 years. Founding Delta in 1988, Mickey and his staff have partnered with a variety of privately and publicly held companies to enhance leadership and organizational capacity, and their ability to select high quality people. Mickey and Delta are dedicated to applying state-​of-​the-​art products and processes that link people-​development to bottom line results.
