History

Established in 1978.

Julian Krinsky moved from South Africa in 1978, formerly a player on the international tennis circuit who competed at Wimbledon and the French Open and opened The Julian Krinsky School of Tennis. Julian felt it was import to expand to summer programs for students and in 1991 launched Enrichment for high school students and in 2004 Middle School had Xploration. Now students can choose from over 40 different classes that are featured at Villanova University and Haverford College outside of Philadelphia.

Campers have a huge variety of choice when it comes to their classes. Some are athletic, academic, or just fun and interesting! The residential staff and the teachers are all friendly awesome people who love working for JKCP. The campuses where the camps take place are beautiful! Villanova and Haverford. Campers fly in from all over the world. It makes a great opportunity to make some international friends!

My 3 kids attended this past week — the Tennis camp at Haverford College. All 3 give glowing reviews! Happy kids, happy mom. Easy to drop off & pick up, no need to pack lunch, & all ages (my kids are 8, 10, & 12) are more than satisfied with the tennis instruction & other fun activities.
