It depends greatly who you go to but I was indeed lucky to be helped by Cherry. She was utmost accommodating and made me felt comfortable. I’ve experienced crappy SAs from this Lv before but I’m not surprised lol. This is how it goes – you will always experience unhappy people who are miserable in their dead end jobs and then you’ll find others who will really want to help you. Anyway, I was really happy to find the perfect bags with the help with Cherrie.

Most arrogant sales reps that work here. I had a couple questions (God forbid) and had (Susan) roll her eyes from the side. I was not even speaking with her. I basically wanted to order something, this store didn’t have the color I wanted. I wasn’t understanding why they wouldn’t call the other stores to try and get me the item. (I did leave an imprint of my CC.) apparently if you don’t have a «purchase history» your screwed. So after I bought something, I then jokingly asked if I’m now considered to have a «purchase history». Apparently Susan didn’t like my comment. Never going back to this store. I’d rather shop online where people won’t make you feel like your what you have to say is stupid.

Walking into this boutique is always seems to please me. As a man, I usually come here for accessories. The men’s selection could be larger. For females, this is a luxury playground. Each time I’ve stopped in this place I’m always greeted by a lovely sales attendant who happens to help me out every time. If they don’t have something you want, they always offer to order it for you… but at that point, might as well order online! I do have to mention that the security guards are kind of frightening. They are like statues who’s eyes only move. It’s is creepy to walk pass someone, make eye contact and still no hello, wave, or smile.

Now that the LV on City Line avenue is no longer, this is the closet location for me. I’ve shopped here in the past and was never wowed by the service but…
The last couple of times I’ve come in to browse, service has greatly improved.
Today I went into buy and Cherrie was my sales rep. She was super nice and helpful, all this without being pushy. Cherrie showed me some other things I may be interested in but didn’t bat an eye when I stuck to just purchasing one bag.
I’ll definitely return in the future and ask for Cherrie. But I feel that the old attitude here has changed for the better.

I’ve been in this store several times. One particular visit solidified my love for Louis Vuitton. I accidentally snagged the side strap to my never full purse one day on a door and brought it in for a repair, full well knowing i was going to have to pay to get it fixed. The rep was great to work with and informed me of the price estimate for the purse and that it would take a few weeks as they do not do repairs in house. The price was fairly reasonable, so i agreed. I come back to pick up my purse a few weeks later and they had replaced ALL the straps at no cost to me because my purse was less than a year old and the strap shouldn’t have snapped so easily. I was extremely pleased with the service. I will most certainly be coming back to this store.

Worst customer service anywhere. Spent $ 2,000 on a handbag for my wife. It’s a year and a half old. The zipper has never worked well. We’ve been back to the store twice to have it looked at and they «waxed» it. Still not right. She hasn’t used it in more than a year. Yup… she’s had it a year and a half and its sat for a year without use because the zipper.
Brought it into the store last night and the two people we interacted with blamed it on my wife «overstuffing» the purse. John the manager was useless. He sounded like Marco Rubio in the final debate where he kept saying the same thing over and over. I asked for options and all we got was they would be «happy to replace the zipper» AT OUR EXPENSE!!! A $ 2,000 purse! With the receipt! Not a scratch, smudge, knick on it. It’s brand new.
They were HORRIBLE!!! What training are they giving to their staff when the response is «it’s the customers fault». I wasn’t asking for a new purse. We would have been happy if they replaced the zipper at their cost.
A premium brand delivering worse service than a Dollar Store. It really makes you appreciate Nordstrom, Apple, Home Depot, Lowes, Ritz, Wegmans, Cadillac, and many other companies who understand TCV (total customer value) or LCV (lifetime customer value).
Louis Vuitton is a PERFECT example of a company not bashful to charge thousands and then tell that same customer «buyer beware». Never again.

Went to this location today around 6, greeted by giants as usual (security) as I walked swiftly towards the accessories case with the little earrings and whatnot.
I was in some cheap jeans, old dress shoes, and a black hoody btw.
As I was looking for the gamble studs/​necklace/​bracelet in grey, I was greeted by a young lady. They did not have the ones I wanted and she helped me order them to their store, gave the rep my info over the phone as I left my credit card at home, and that was that.
I’ve bought a couple bags, wallets, accessories here, never really had a bad experience to be honest. But I don’t expect to be treated like a king when I walk in just because I’m buying here. I’m a small business owner, I don’t believe in «customer is king», or «customers are always right».
No, I’m not some rich snob for the record.

I’m really surprised at some of the bad reviews here.
I’m thinking I’ve just gotten lucky or come at odd hours so it hasn’t been that crowded. Even when I have just been browsing I’ve never been treated with disrespect.
I primarily (really only) buy from Eric Cheuk — he is truly a pleasure to deal with and makes the shopping experience live up to expectations and then some. I would highly recommend asking for him. Every time he’s been patient and extremely knowledgeable about all the ins and outs of each bag and luggage I’ve purchased. He has a very warm personality, friendly disposition, not pretentious in the slightest, smiles on his face always, and very grateful/​humble. Never a hard sell, which makes things very relaxing and able to shop at my own pace.
I’ve never been judged on the way I’ve been dressed — I’ve gone after work in full corporate wear, to casual weekend wear. I’ve always gone in with my beau who has full arm sleeves and leg tattoos, and they’ve never once treated us in an unpleasant manner. We’ve always been welcomed by several of the employees as we walked through the show room to the main area (where we then ask for Eric Cheuk, lol). The employees have always made pleasant small talk with us as well.
In regards to LV as a product, I’ve never had a problem with any of my bags or pieces of luggage yet. They will become weathered at the pace you set as the owner, if you’re tough on your bag the bag will show it — especially the luggage.
Last trip there, boyfriend and I went a bit all out — a new cross body (Mabillon) for me… great travel size or errand running bag to have two hands free, a new Keepall 55 for me, and a new Keepall 55 for him in the newish blue and black. Highly recommend the new blue and black for the men, it’s a great blue tone. Got our luggage tags hot stamped too, which they were able to accomplish within 30 minutes so we didn’t have to wait long (a quick lunch bite and they were finished on a Saturday afternoon!)

The customer service in this store is HORRIBLE!!! Got a bag as a gift and all I wanted to do was exchange it for the upgraded model. You’d think I was asking for my money back too when in fact I was wanting to pay an ADDITIONAL $ 400 for the upgraded version. Beware of their return and exchange policy! The supervisors I spoke with in the store and on the phone with customer services were both rude. Extremely condescending and didn’t even want to hear what I had to say. $ 1400 on a piece of luggage and they treat you like such crap.
I purchased a handbag from this store as well a few years back and the customer service was the same. Zero interest in you as a client when they don’t think you’re going to purchase anything. Once I told them I made a selection and wanted to purchase something their whole attitude changed.
I will no longer be a customer of Louis Vuitton and will be taking my business elsewhere. You expect the above and beyond service when you dish out money for luxury items. My Louis Vuitton experience was anything but that. Sad to say this was my last LV purchase and I won’t be recommending them to anyone!

Just like everyone else has said… the customer service is awful. My husband bought me a bag online for Xmas but it wasn’t the monogram print that I wanted. I called into customer service and they said that I could exchange it in the store.
We went to the store 3 days after Xmas with the bag where we were treated like crap. They told me that I had used the bag so they couldn’t return it as there was no way that they could resell it. I explained that I had not used the bag and had just received it as a gift. I opened up the box, realized it was not the print that I liked had put it back in the box. I guess touching it is using it. They spoke to us as though we were trying to return something that I had used for a year and then claimed it was new. I asked to speak to the manager which we no help.
I called customer care and they very happily sent me a return label and the bag that I wanted.
The store is full of people who are very judgmental. My husband swears that if we were dressed up and not in jeans and sneakers they would have returned the bag without a question being asked.
I will always order online from now on.

It was the day after Christmas and there was a line just to get into the store. The whole mall gave me anxiety this day because of the large crowds. But the second we walked in we were introduced to a very beautiful and intelligent woman who stayed by our side until we left. She assisted with trying on glasses to shoes. She was extremely patient, which is so important when making an expensive purchase. And she gave us so many fun facts about the brand and products. I have shopped at Louis many times in different locations. I have to say this Louis was the best experience I have ever had!

Totally unprofessional and rude SAs. Store is unorganized and not well managed. For example, it was 9:30 am day after Christmas but store was sorely understaffed. Humorously, they had a cleaning lady (no offense to her) dusting the shelves and getting in people’s way when the store was bustling with shoppers. Yeah, really nice image and shopping experience. Worse, SA knew I was waiting for assistance (since I had approached her before) but as soon as another customer (who was making a RETURN by the way) walked in, the SA offered to help her and ignored me. Long story short I gave her a piece of my mind and walked out. Focus on the right customers people. I was ready to drop $ 2000 on a bag I knew I wanted but walked out and gave my hard earned dollars to Burberry instead. Drop the silly and immature arrogance and the pretentiousness people… learn from Burberry in KOP and learn how to run a well managed and PROFESSIONAL store.

BEWARE! Hidden 14 day return policy. The policy is not on the receipt that I signed, but on the back in fine print. After 16 days, an unopened box, and they wouldn’t even talk about it. Their answer is NO, Simple and unfriendly. Not customer oriented in the least. A call to corporate was met within even less understanding.

Twice in one month! I came back for a birthday present and once again my favorite SA Benedicte was there. I wanted a Speedy DE 30 but the one there had a flaw. She offered to place an order for another one, since it was the last one in the store and I had some specific requirements. However, she quickly grabbed me the Siena MM, knowing that I would love it and she was right! She brought out several bags for me to inspect for the ‘perfect one’ without rushing me.
Even though it was quite busy in the store– I was greeted and chatted with several SAs while I was there. I really can’t complain about my experiences here! I walked out elated with my bag! Love just this place!

I love this location and I have no problems with sales associates. Nataile has been AMAZING!!! She is my go to sales associate and anything I need she makes sure I have it. Thank you so much for you excellent customer service!

I came back in the other day and wanted to post and update of my experience. Again I didn’t feel rushed but I also didn’t feel like I was welcomed. It might be because of a specific SA or so but it was very different from my prior experience here. Again I didn’t end up purchasing though, so I wonder if it has to do with that. I’ve purchased far too many to be bothered by or concerned of a SA’s opinion.

Walked in knowing exactly what I wanted. We were asked if we needed any help by Linh. She initially didn’t look like a sales associate but offered the help as soon as we went through the second room.
I showed her a picture of the Syracus PM and she went and got it. It was a gift. So, I saw the Montaigne and asked to try it on. She brought it over and I did get to look in the mirror. It was really nice.
Went to check-​out asked for a box and Linh offered gift wrapping and gift receipt. She also explained the do’s and don’t for the bag. I thought that was awesome.
While waiting for our gift wrapping… Which was a bow added to the box. I did get a chance to walk around. Notice that they were very busy and it must be me. But an African American male walked in on his phone asked for the Alma bag. He knew exactly what he was looking for.
He asked for help and the woman (blonde) asked a male (white) to assist him. The male associate said he was busy. Came over and offered my husband and myself help and ignore the guy who knew exactly what he wanted.
Every customer is important. Just thought I would share this. While my experience with Linh was great someone else did not receive equal treatment. It’s disheartening when I see this. I was only in there to purchase a gift. High end brand associate should not treat customers differently based on color, clothing they where. Just a thought.

I am so excited! Last week, while traveling, I noticed that the canvas on my LV Artsy bag was cracking around the top opening of the bag. I purchased this bag four years ago and mostly use it as my carry on travel bag. I returned from Miami last Tuesday and immediately called the store to inquire about a warranty on the bag and they said I’d have to bring it in for repair. I finally drove to KOP today, showed them the bag and within minutes they said we’re going to replace it! I couldn’t believe it. That is OUTSTANDING customer service. I’m so happy! I will continue to buy LV bags! BTW, the price of the bag was $ 500 more than what I paid four years ago. So, they definitely hold their value, if not increase in value. The only thing that I didn’t like was that this bag is made in the USA and there is no visible serial #/​date code. They said that most of the canvas bags are now made in the USA to keep the costs down. I’m a very happy camper!

I had a pretty awesome experience at this store. My bag is about 2 years old and a blue pen exploded in the bottom, leaving blue ink stains all over. I was heartbroken. I tried to get it out but it didn’t work. The bottom of my bag was covered in a big, blue blob. I took my bag to this LV store to see if they could re-​line the bag. They said they couldn’t do that, but they could replace the bottom portion of my bag for $ 175. I wasn’t exactly thrilled that they couldn’t replace the lining or that it was going to cost $ 175, but I said OK and left my bag for the repair. Two weeks later, my bag was ready. When I went to pick up my bag, the gentleman who was assisting me told me there was no charge for the repair. The bottom of my bag was completely brand new and the blue monster was GONE! I couldn’t have been happier. It literally made my day, week, maybe even my month. Super thankful for whatever reason there was no charge, and I’m happy to be carrying my bag again, ink free.

Elegance. Pure elegance. This is the place to shop if you want to buy a gift for a special person. Very professional staff who knows there stuff.
Every time I walk past this place I feel the need to suit up. Located in a part of the mall where all the high end shops are situated.
