Impeccable service, very helpful
Didn’t nickel and dime me, I had an issue with my car and took it someplace and was quoted 500 dollars took it there and was told less then half that and got more service done.
They checked my brakes and they even charged my battery!
They Called me several times with updates on my car and made me really happy. Really genuine guys here!
I’m redacting a star because when I left there was a rattle I never heard before and I even asked the guy to come out and check it out and he said it Didn’t have anything to do with what he had touched. It must have been something with the exhaust. Come to find out they didn’t put one of my bolts back in!

I went to NTB recently because I hit the side of my tire against the sidewalk, and as a result my steering wheel started vibrating. I read a number of articles online and most of them said I’d need rebalancing/​re-​alignment. NTB’s expert opinion was that I needed a new lower control arm because it was significantly damaged, as well as a re-​alignment (which is needed when you do something like that). All this would have cost me $ 554! I decided to seek another opinion and went to a small mom and pop operation closer to home. They looked at it and said they don’t see much wrong, and if I need to get it re-​aligned/​balanced there was another mom and pop outfit across the road. I went to them and they said the same thing and charged me $ 25(!!!) to rebalance the car and rotate the tires. They said I DEFINITELY DO NOT need a new lower control arm. Since then I’ve had no issues with my car and I’ve put over 300 miles on it.
PS: I don’t usually post reviews but I believe people deserve to know that NTB (and perhaps, other outfits) are blatantly lying to their customers.

Amazing service here! Caught a piece of metal in my tire. Versus just patching the tire, I decided it was time anyway to replaced all four. The staff was very helpful. They gave me all my options for tires and were not pushy at all trying to upsell me on nonsense. Told them I was on a time crunch (went on my lunch break) they had the entire team working in my car! Also found out my alignment from my prior car carries over to this my new Infiniti! I’d defiantly recommend this place to all my peers.

Following an unprecedented double blowout caused by a deep pot hole on Havertown Road (couldn’t see it in the fog). Insurance adjuster suggested I go to NTB for replacement tires. They were courteous and did the tire changes and alignment in reasonable time. However, one of the technicians gave me terrible glares when he came into the service desk, which was situated across from me. Which was very strange. Also, when I drove away I happened to notice a warning on my dashboard that the tire inflation levels were needing tending.
Now, wouldn’t you think a tire fitting company, who just put two new tires on your car would have the courtesy of uniformly setting all the tire inflations? This really irked me and prompted me to write this. The service desk personnel were courteous, a tech was giving me a look and the tire inflation levels were not checked.
Not really one of your better places.

This NTB is amazing. I will never go to another mechanic/​service center. They are incredibly honest and professional. They completed their work in a timely manner and they did an excellent job. Colin really helped us out of a mess that another tire shop created for us. He went above and beyond to give us 5 star service and remedy the mistake another tire shop made, making phone calls for us even on his day off. In addition, they offered us the lowest possible price for a 60,000 mile service that would have otherwise cost me 10 times the amount at the dealership or another shop. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this tire and service center. Even the bathroom exceeded expectations.

I had an almost flat tire on a Friday at 6pm. I showed up without an appointment — would have bought a new tire but they found the leak (a nail) and patched it. Friendly staff and great service.

Horrible service. I have had 3 – 4 inspections doew here costing 400‑1200 for all the stuff they «found». They also broke the windshield when installing struts but did not pay for it. The last inspection they told me I needed rear brakes next time out. Surprisingly, when I went elsewhere, no mention of brakes needed after a year of driving and the car passed with flying colors.

NTB used to be a 5 star place: great coupons, great service, great hours! Now it’s slipped dramatically to a 3-​star place.
I tried at least two or three times to just get an oil change here… something that should take no more than 1 hour! — and that’s seriously giving some leeway — and I was told I would have to wait several hours and drop off my car. Seriously weird. Either everyone is going out to get their tires done at the same time as I’m trying to get an oil change or, who knows!
Sad because this used to be my go to place for oil changes.

I had a slow leak in my tire, actually two. I was more than willing to get another tire (went flat twice) but they just patched me up for $ 25. I made a 4:30pm appointment the day of and was out of there by 5pm.
Only thing I would change is the waiting room, it’s far in the back and the seats face away from doors and windows. A little creepy if you are a girl alone in there.

NTB in King of Prussia– After being pushed my some of my colleagues at work, I decided to drop my car off during the day and have them do a Oil change, Rotate the Tires and change the air filter. (all pretty simple things) I dropped it off at 11am and I stated I need it by 4pm.
I arrived at 4pm, to a car that was not finished and told they realized they didn’t have the correct air filter, but it was in transit. I asked how long it would be until it arrived. I was told 10 – 15 mins and it’s easy to install. I restated, 10−15mins. I was told yes. So I waited. (mind you they had the car for 5 hours already, this should have been a hint)
I proceeded to wait in the waiting room for over an hour. Not once did anyone check on me or apologize. Or call to check to see where the filter was. Once the hour hit, I lost it.
They had now had my car for 6 hours. I stated the car had been here for 6 hours and I had been waiting for over an hour. I want my car. I was told, if you can wait a few more minutes I am sure the filter will arrive, I can call to see where it is. I said, No, I want my car, it is not my fault that you chose not to actually look at my car until 3:45 and then realized this was a problem.
They then gave me the price to which I said, I don’t want to pay that, you had my car for 6 hours and you need to cut me a deal. I don’t want to pay for disposal or for the cost of rotation. I was told this wasn’t possible and there was nothing they can do.
Not only will I never take my car to any NTB again, but I have made my issue known to all my coworkers and to anyone I come into contact with.
AVOID THIS NTB AT ALL COSTS!
I’m upset I have to pick one star!
