Established in 1991.

It’s been a long time…1991 is when we got started. It started out small and grew over the years. We’ve added a lot of services to the business over the last 24 years. Not only are we a Pennsylvania Notary Public, we are a traveling Notary Public as well providing service for those who are home bound. We also provide services for Pennsylvania automobiles and other modes of transportation. For instance, transferring titles, In-​state and out-​of-​state transfers, Vehicle registration & tags/​license plates. We included Trailers, Motor cycles, Motor Homes, Boats & Apportioned Tags to the mix.

Hi I’m Paula Risley. My business was formerly known as «Barbara McMullan’s Auto Tags», my mom. She and I have been doing notary & auto tags for the community now for over 10 years. Mom wants to retire so we changed the name but not the service! You’ll still receive the same great service as always.
