Horrible Rude and Disrespectful Confrontational. Staff. Our reserved class was canceled without warning or notification. Our form of payment was not accepted. The Police was called on us. We traveled an hour from out of state to attend this class to be treated like Thugs and Criminals. I wish no one be put through the ordeal myself family and friends suffered. We were all looking forward to the class. Biggest disappointment ever!!! We were truly discriminated against. Sad in this day and age.

RACIST!!! Horrible service. They turned down 10 African Americans who paid and confirmed a class. They even canceled our class without letting us know. They didn’t want us there.3 of the 10 were there before and was unable to use Groupon which we were unaware but she turned us all down and called the cops. She was rude, argumentative, and irate. Poor customer service and racial discrimination at its best. Don’t support this business. She even called the cops on us for questioning why we are being turned away. The cops even told her to chill and go back inside. SHE EVEN TRIED TO ARGUE WITH MY GROUP ON FACEBOOK ON THE COMPANY PAGE. I DON’T CARE WHAT THEY DAY WE WAS TURNED DOWN BECAUSE THE COLOR OF OUR SKIN. THIS IS NO OVER EXAGGERATION TRUST ME!!!

I got free classes from my friend for my birthday, I called them few times and they never answer or call me back! Really bad costumer service. Now my voucher is expired … And btw I usually don’t leave bad comments only if it’s really disappointing… Hope they will do something about it!

Went for a fun bacherlotte party… We made it a good time but all 7 of us felt that the instructor could not have cared less. We wanted to have a good time and were trying to enjoy making memories. There was a lot of eye rolling and even a negative comment made to the bride when she couldn’t complete a move.
In the end, I would not suggest for a fun bacherlotte party. We were disappointed. We could have had way more fun and not wasted our money.

I got a groupon for 5 fitness classes for this studio some time ago and figured I would give it a shot. I started with their Twerk Cardio class and was instantly hooked. The environment was super encouraging and friendly. After class, the owner Gia came up to me to ask how I liked it and said I did a really great job. She made me feel super welcomed from the get go.
After a few more Twerk classes, I decided that I would try pole fitness as well. I bought a membership and now attend all of their classes! I enjoy it so much and I have really been accepted as PJF member. I feel like I am adequately challenged and encouraged without being pushed beyond the limits. I improve with each class and someone is always available to help. Irene and Michelle are also employees and they spend time to make sure they get to know you and make sure your experience is great. It’s a super positive environment and offers a good mental boost as well.

I’m a fitness fanatic and always looking for something new to try, so when I stumbled upon a groupon for a 5-​class pass to pole name factory, I figured why the heck not!
To start, I signed up for a Saturday beginner pole class, and the group was so small that I had one-​on-​one instruction with Gia (who was awesome!!). We were able to progress at a rate that I was comfortable with and there was plenty of positive reinforcement. It also helped that there were ladies in class who have been attending — giving me goals to reach for!
In addition to pole classes, they offer acro yoga (which I love and am super excited to try here).
If pole interests you at all… I would highly recommend pole jam factory! Lots of fun, personable and down to earth instructors and a boost of self esteem and sexiness!

Bought a groupon. It was so much fun! The instructor taught us a short dance. Would come again, but it’s so far away from my house :(

Pole Jam Factory provided a great experience. Gia and Christine were very nice and helpful. Christine taught us the basics. She really made me feel comfortable, and kept the class moving while still making sure we were understanding the techniques. I learned a lot more than I expected in the first class and got a great workout too! I am excited to return in the future. I would highly recommend Pole Jam Factory to anyone looking for a fun and exciting way to get fit.

I, too went to Pole Jam Factory because I had a living social deal. My first class was May 1^st. The same class that the previous poster attended. I admit that I was super intimidated also, but I stuck with it and am seeing major results.
What you must know about pole class, is that it is incremental learning. One cannot go to a single class and assume you will be climbing, inverting, spinning, etc.
The class is a fitness class, so, as you are learning the basics like walking the correct way, you are working your muscles.
I have been going for 2 months and attend Beginner Pole class on Mondays and Booty Camp class on Wednesdays. I feel much stronger and have lost several inches. I have learned the proper way to walk around the pole, pole turns, the fireman spin, back hook spin, and several cute transition moves. We’ve started to put them together into routines. I’ve also finally climbed up the pole! I am still working on my technique and getting better with every class.
The instructors:
Gia — Yes, it is true that Gia is tough, but she only wants to see everyone in class work hard and get fit. She is a really wonderful person and puts her heart and soul into pole classes. I would liken her to a lovable Drill Sargent with a sexy, fun twist.
Christine — has a professional dance background and has a knack for explaining small nuances of each move. She is really good at putting everything we have learned together and creating routines for students to follow. She is also very encouraging. Pole fitness is challenging, and just when you are struggling, Christine will remind you that, «you can do it!»
The venue:
Pole Jam Factory is located in a gym that was recently purchased by the township. Right now the gym is closed except for the pole dance studio and the karate studio which you have to access from a side door. Soon, the township will be remodeling and reopening the gym!
Pole Jam occupies two areas in the gym. One large gym-​like area with several 13ft poles and a lot of space. The second area is a smaller room with shorter poles and feminine décor. Here, they can host bachelorette parties and private sessions.
In summary, I love pole dance class. It is the best workout I have EVER had and it is fun. I am so excited to improve even more and learn advanced moves.
