I was very disappointed when I go to my room! My company had booked it and because they booked through a third party website I did not get my room choice, I was thrown in a 2 queen bed room when we requested a king room. We I called the front desk I was told when you book through a third party you are not guaranteed your choice. Basically she said we don’t care about your booking all others come first. Front desk staff was not helpful and very slow. This hotel is lacking a good housekeeping staff! My room had hair on the night stand when I checked in as well as on the toilet seat.(I took Pictures) The sheets on one of the beds had a cigarette hole in it. (folded nicely for me to see also took a picture) The rooms are old and dingy! Could use some updating! Room service while the staff member who brought it was very nice it was very over priced and not good at all. When they offered Ice tea I did not expect it to be a bottle of cheap fuse ice tea! Very disappointed in all aspects of the room and services! The only thing that was pleasant was the convention I was attending for Business. I do not recommend this hotel! Also the shower head was pointed towards the inside shower wall and you could not move it so to take a shower you had to hug the wall! NOT impressed at all Radisson Brand really should look at this hotel and do some updating! It is not worth the money! Next time I will be staying at a different location!

I purchased a concert package for New Year’s Eve that included an overnight stay. I booked the room more than two months in advance and confirmed several weeks before the event. I was told over the phone that I was confirmed for a King room. This coincided with my request and written confirmation. My wife and I checked in at 3:30 pm and were placed in a double standard. I immediately contacted the front desk. The clerk told me she was passing me along to her manager. While the front desk people were just dismissive. Hitman was rude and argumentative. He emphatically stated that no other King beds were available. Interestingly enough, three other couples in our group arrived over an hour later and were placed in King rooms. This set the tone for the entire stay and instead of a relaxing getaway it was an expensive letdown. Initially the front desk told me that I had requested a double room. They then told me that even though I requested a King they do not guarantee such requests.
The rooms themselves are in a tower that is quite old. I am not sure that the wiring is up to code. A cheap power strip (consumer grade) was plugged into the wall outlet to provide additional outlets. I would definitely not stay here again.

It’s not bad. The rooms are clean and quite large.
I had a show at the adjacent event center and the walk there wasn’t more than 5 minutes… maybe 3 if you did a little speed walking.
The front desk is PAINSTAKINGLY S.L.O.W. but overall, an okay option if you have an event at VF.

Dear Radisson Valley Forge, Get more electrical plugs! This is the 21^st century when people travel with phones, laptops, tablets and wireless everything that needs to be charged at night! I kept having to unplug the lamp just to charge my phone and it was obvious that other guests had to also because the plate was loose off the wall. In addition, half the plugs didn’t work period! So there are only two good plugs by the bed, one of which connects to the extension cord from the opposite lamp and we’re just having a tangled mess. #firstworldproblems #getittogther
So the saving grace of this hotel is the bed. Oh my the plush wonderful heavenly king size bed that felt like we were sleeping on a cloud. Even my sister who stopped by didn’t want to leave because the bed was so freakin comfortable. We flipped it up a little and saw it’s a Radisson Sleep Number brand. As this hotel is very affordable, I would come back for the bed. It’s also a nice little getaway for my husband and I since he likes to gamble and I like to shop. The casino is connected by a walkway to the hotel. And the King of Prussia Mall is one minute away.
So now I would like to complain about the room service. This hotel has three different ways to order room service, through the phone, TV or doorknob hanger. The first night was awesome because we just checked off our orders on the placard, wrote what time we wanted breakfast, and the food was ready in the morning. The second morning was a little rough. I called too early (breakfast opens at 6:30) and then I kept having to go back and forth with the front desk and dining services and no one was picking up. It was a lot of back and forth miscommunication but basically it took us 2 hours to get breakfast. We asked for the doorknob hanger thingies and she said they would bring them to our room but they never did. The third morning breakfast was a little better. It only took an hour. As for the flavors, I did enjoy the pancakes and sausage. The fruit tasted old. The orange juice tasted like it was from concentrate.
This is a popular hotel as there were a lot of weddings going on and lots of scantilly clad partygoers off to the club and/​or casino. I might come back if I want to make another shopping excursion in the future.

I stay here every year when I visit for my yearly shopping trip. The hotel is off the charts — excellent!!! Most comfortable bed ever. It’s great that the casino is located in the hotel also. The staff is very helpful and excellent. I stay at a lot of hotels throughout the year for business and nothing compares! Great job!!! Thank you!

Simply terrible! I left something in my room and the whole situation was handled terribly. It was a shopping bag filled with new beauty products so you know it wasn’t thrown out. When I approached the desk they said they would ask house keeping. 20 min later they said they had to look in the safe. 20 min later they needed someone from security. Finally, OVER AN HOUR LATER for someone to look in a room and then I still didn’t get an answer. Their manager Hitman said he would be in touch the next day to follow up. Never heard anything. So I called the next day. Spoke to security, spoke to Hitman again and said he would call back the following day because they needed to speak to the management of housekeeping. And I said «Are you actually going to call, because you didn’t last time and I don’t mind following up» and he said «yes I will call you» still waiting for a phone call from the Radisson’s lovely manager. I know leaving the item in my room was my fault and that’s not what I care about. What bothers me is how the situation was handled and the lack of professionalism at this hotel.
The rooms itself was mediocre. The linens and beds were decent but the bathroom was pretty gross. Mold on the ceilings and in corners. I would choose something else if staying in the area for sure. It’s not worth the price at all.

Really impressed by this site (the Venue). Just attended a wedding here. Cocktail hour was great. Of memorable note were the roasted veggies — sweet potatoes, mushrooms, eggplant, asparagus, all Delish!
For the main course, filet was exquisitely perfectly done med rare, the green beans al dente. The salad and The crab cake fell a bit short but I really didn’t care with everything else. Dessert was the crêpe station and wedding cake. I expected the crêpe station to be better, but I was surprise to find the coconut lemon wedding cake was the clear front runner.
Accessibility into the location left a lot to be desired, especially if you need it. But staff was as accommodating as could be with what they had.
We had an interior room, which my hubby would have loved (good for sleeping in, no light). Beds were very good. H

Our ground floor interior room was the largest room we have ever seen. It was modern and had a marvelous walk in shower. The hotel personnel were all
the pleasant and helpful. We found it on Hotwire at a very reasonable rate. It had a nice bar. It has a casino adjacent to itnut we didn’t go in. We were exceedingly happy with our stay.

We passed over Marriott for this? Uncleaned bathroom, unresponsive front desk. Tried another hotel to try something different, but back to old faithful — Marriott.

We booked on Hotwire without knowing the hotel. After finding out which hotel we ended up with and reading reviews, we were concerned. It turned out to be a fine experience. Good service, clean and quiet room (despite being attached to the casino). We only stayed a night but would certainly stay again. The hotel is old, and shows its age in a few places, but it has been rehabbed. The furniture is modern, the TV was nice, and the walls and carpets were in good shape. And the sleep number king-​sized bed was a plus.

For the price I paid I was very surprised once I walked through doors. While booking the reservation through
the price was very cheap (under $ 80) and at first I was wondering why it was so cheap. Apparently they are having a meeting convention this weekend and had a few rooms left over so they had them down to the rack rate which of course I am not complaining. They do in fact have a mini balcony but it’s locked off for some safety reason and I had absolutely no view (our room was on the 4^th floor). The bathrooms are small they have the toilet and bath/​shower in a room and the sink vanity in the entry way which has a full sized mirror and lots of space. It is fairly clean. There are some dark spots on the carpet but the beds and bathroom was very clean. There is free wifi where you have to connect to their system which was useful. The hotel itself is beautiful and clean. They have the casino attached to the hotel and have restaurants, the pool (which is open only during the summer) and a fitness center. Overall it was a great experience. It is close to endless strip malls and restaurants, Walmart, super stores, etc. great location great price very friendly. What else can you ask for!

Honestly? Better than I thought.
After reading the reviews, I was having second thoughts and expected a run-​down motel with dirty sheets and broken fixtures.
To my surprise, luckily my expectations were low, the staff was very friendly and nice (maybe because I’m from NYC and I’m jaded), and the accommodations weren’t bad. We arrived Friday night and there were so many people! There was karaōke going on, a wedding, and a celebration for the casino next door’s 3^rd anniversary.
We found the hotel online and the prices were very affordable. I would stay here again. Just don’t go around expecting a five star resort. Plus, there’s a casino next door! The front desk provided us with a free pass to get in so that was awesome of them.
The only gripe was that the vending machine on our floor was out of every drink and I was dying of thirst!

Rating a 1 only because they force me to. Very disappointed In this hotel. We purposely got a ground floor due to my husbands injury and we had to walk a distance and down ⁸⁄₁₀ steps. Then we book a non-​smoking room only to smell smoke heavily once we get to floor and definitely in our room. Call front desk and hear from Tasha best she could do was to send housekeeping to spray room… seriously? Last year you lost our reservation and took us almost 45 mins to check in. Can guarantee you that if if wasn’t for the festival here we would not have booked this and definitely after this recent debacle we won’t be back

For Christmas I made a reservation for my husband and I at the Fantasy Suites the Raddison has to offer and we were NOT impressed. Check in was at 3pm but our room wasn’t ready till almost 4pm. The rooms are old and outdated and not as clean as I would have expected. The décor of the Leather and Lace room was a bit of a mish mosh. Was it supposed to be a dungeon or an old beer tavern? And whats up with the jungle tree in the entry of the room, did the jungle room have left overs? There were broken curtain rod like things sticking out of the wall and other towel racks that looked like someone was swinging like a monkey from them The jacuzzi tub was old but usable except for the fact that when the jets were on it spayed water a cross the room drenching the millions of mirrors in the room. I’m not a fan of all the mirrors, maybe some people like them. The bathroom was as small as a one you might find in an RV so if your a big and tall guy/​girl your kinda SOL. The TV and remote didn’t work so well, not that you could hear it over the jets from the jacuzzi. You had to pay for all the movies anyway $ 17.99 each. The bed is on a platform and we kept tripping over it. Don’t turn off the lights because there are NO windows and the room is pitch black so you trip off the platform as you stumble to find a light switch. As an added bonus, the fire alarm was set off at 3 am scaring the living crap out of us! The mini fridge and microwave worked fine. The thermostat for the air conditioning was covered in filth and I had to clean it off myself.
Overall the $ 279 we spent on the room was a waste, and sleeping in the car was just as appealing. Sorry to say but we were very disappointed and the Raddison really needs to do some updates! Your better off taking your $ 279 and putting it on «black» at the roulette table and hoping to double your money for a stay at a better hotel. Epic Fail for our fantasy night away.

Pretty nice. About 20 minutes away from Philadelphia. The room has a great view and the location is good. The AC in the room is extremely loud and starts randomly. The bathroom is very small and the sink is outside of the bathroom, which is weird but easy to over look. The restaurants down stairs are average. Honestly the elevator is kinda scary cause you can hear it moving.

The Radisson Hotel Valley Forge is adjacent to the Valley Forge Casino. It’s one of two hotels on the property and judging by the reviews of the Casino’s hotels, it looks like my huisband Rick and I made the right choice.
This Radisson is pretty much your standard business hotel. It seems to get a lot of business from the casino and conference center. We had the weekend rate, making it a good value for us. We had the standard room, which was fine for our needs. It had your typical amenities including flat screen TV, coffee maker (always a Susan requirement!) ironing board and iron, etc.
The hotel amenities include a fitness center and an outdoor pool. Being that the weather was actually nice, a dip in the pool was refreshing.
Now this hotel had a couple of quirks that were certainly eyebrow-​raising. First of all, the hotel has been doing renovations, but they’ve all been on the higher-​level floors. They’re charging extra for those. We had an unrenovated room, which looked a little dated, hence the 3.5 star review. But it was comfortable and we slept well.
All-​in-​all though the Radisson is a decent choice if you need lodgings in the King of Prussia area.

My first stay at The Radisson Valley Forge was on my wedding night, June 21, 2014. We stayed in a Fantasy Suite and payed in excess of $ 400.00 for a one night stay. The room was filthy underneath the bed. There was a short in the bathroom light switch and it had sharp corners. I wrote an email addressing my complaint/​concerns to Flavia Brittingham, Rooms Coordinator. She was apologetic and offered us a comp room to makeup for our dissatisfaction. Here are the details below of the attempt at redemption below for our comp stay on July 3^rd, 2014.
July 3, 2014 – we were checked in promptly and given our keys. I requested with the front desk clerk a refrigerator and microwave. She said she would check with housekeeping. After an hour of waiting to hear back on this, I called back down to the front desk, she said she had called housekeeping and was awaiting their response regarding availability. I never received either item nor a call about the availability or lack thereof. There is a housekeeping issue with this hotel. Our shampoo bottle was a ¼ full, when I made a cup of coffee in the morning and put the cream in, it was curdled ruining the chance to get my caffeine.
I complained (very calmly) my issue to the front desk woman who was extremely apologetic and asked if there was anything she could do, complimentary breakfast etc. I politely declined.
If I were to stay in King of Prussia again I would stay at either the Hyatt House or Hyatt Place, both of which I found to be less money and spotless. They apparently have what the Radisson is missing, housekeeping with attention to detail, and they cost less money. Extremely disappointed. Having a negative experience the night of our wedding I truly thought on the comp stay the staff would have been instructed to go above and beyond, which didn’t happen.
Flavia is the best thing about the Radisson, she at least attempted redemption.

I love this hotel! Great customer service. They even have a free shuttle to the king of Prussia mall. I was there for a conference and I didn’t want to leave. Every second was an experience for me. I’d highly recommend going here.

I had to stay at this hotel for a night a few days ago. Gladly it was just one night since it was pretty lackluster.
While the property looks reasonable from the outside and the lobby, the rooms are in bad need of updating. When you first walk in, it looks decent. But upon closer inspection the carpet was stained and ripped, the bathroom had rusted finishes, and the walls had dirty vents and cracked paint.
As far as in room amenities go, what was there was pretty good. For example, they had Sleep Number bed, free WiFi and a high def TV. Not too shabby. But on the downside, they also had an antiquated coffee maker with horrendous coffee, no fridge, noisy A/​C, and very heavily used bedding.
So in the end, not a bad place to get some sleep, but in my opinion, you should expect and get better at a Radisson.
