Just visited this branch. I can honestly say it was my best Wells Fargo experience to date. I have been banking with (previously Wachovia) Wells Fargo for over 15 years. Today I went in very stressed out and overwhelmed with my finances. I went up to the tellers to explain some issues I was having and they directed me to Mohammed P. His card says that he is a brokerage associate. He was patient and very kind. I never felt pressured to sign up for anything. I felt like I was being listened to. I didn’t feel judged. I signed up for a new checking account and a new savings account. He also mentioned other options for me in future. I highly recommend this branch. The staff was professional and welcoming. I was having a bad morning and after the help I received (I say help because it felt like help and not a business transaction) my day is better.

nicely located by the mall if you need cash. The parking lot is a pain getting in and out of because of the traffic
