For example, we deliver firewood in a variety of sizes and can stack it for you. Also, you can reach us by phone, text or email, whatever works for you! Speaking of reaching us, we are great at communicating with you, staying in touch before and after the job to ensure your complete satisfaction. Finally, we specializing in safety. We focus, train, brief and debrief on safety issues to ensure continued success and improved working conditions.

History

Established in 2009.

Accountable Tree Service started when Jeff Decker, a trained teacher with two masters degrees, decided to combine his love for outdoors and applied biology with his skills and education as a teacher. Enlisting help from his dad and sister, Jeff quickly learned the techniques of the trade while providing excellent customer service right from the very beginning. Since then, Accountable Tree Service has joined various trade organizations, hired employees, worked for local businesses, schools, volunteered at arbor day gatherings and other community events, and has had many repeat customers, some since the very first summer. Jeff continues to stress continued education, has established a pattern of regular safety meetings, and has set his sights on accreditation by Tree Care Industry Association, a rigorous and prestigious qualification that requires all aspects of the business to be transparent, excellent, and continually improving.

Jeff enjoys all the aspects of building an excellent small business, from meeting new and potential clients to maintaining the trucks and equipment, creating and updating the website to providing jobs for hard-​working employees. Jeff appreciates how important small details are in building a larger picture, and continually reevaluates and analyzes all aspects of the business in order to improve safety, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
