Church of Christ Uniting is affiliated with both the United Methodist Church and the Presbyterian Church (USA). Sunday Worship Service begins at 10:00am.

Our year round programs are for all ages, including: Sunday School, Bible Study, confirmation classes, youth group, and Vacation Bible School. Church members actively serve community organizations such as the Al Beech West Side Food Pantry, Habitat for Humanity, VISION, and Head Start.

Established in 1973.

Within days after the 1972 Agnes flood waters in the Wyoming Valley receded, administrative leaders of both The First United Methodist Church of Kingston and The Kingston Presbyterian Church realized the enormous damage that both buildings had suffered and the incredible costs for reconstruction at both sites. Leaders from both churches talked with each other and concluded that the best way for both congregations to reconstruct was to do it together!

Church of Christ Uniting met for the first time as a merged church on the first Sunday of January, 1973.
