I called Dr Hilms office and explained the intense tooth pain I had been having
I also had a general office provide him with an evaluation 6 days prior to my appointment
I made an appointment to have him remove the tooth– I still had to endure 6 days of pain for his next
Opening.
On the day of the appointment I called his office
to confirm the appointment time. I was told I was only
Scheduled for a consultation, regardless because rep
At office said removal is up to the Dr I went to the appointment
I also reviewed his website under first cust section and it clearly stated
He could do procedures in first visit
When I got to the office I was in horrible pain
The office staff Nicole and Leah advised me that
The dr would not even see me for the consultation
I waited 2 weeks in pain and missed work and he refused to see
Me when he scheduled an appointment for me

Dr. Hilmi and his staff are wonderful. They got me in immediately even though I was not an established patient. I needed to have a tooth pulled and they were very professional and took their time knowing I was nervous. I never felt a thing even though I chose to be awake. Dr Hilmi and his staff are top notch. I highly recommend them to anyone!
