Meet the Business Owner
Skip C.
Business Owner
Hookline Fish Co. owner Skip Card was born and raised in Tacoma, Washington, where he learned the art of smoking salmon from his father. After moving to New York, Skip found most New Yorkers thought «smoked salmon» mean cold-smoked lox. So Skip started making Northwest-style hot-smoked salmon at a cabin near Woodstock. Friends loved it! They told Skip to go into business. Hookline Fish Co. is the result.
