I slipped and fell on ice about two years ago while I was pregnant. The accident was due to my property manager’s negligence in maintaining the steps which were completely iced over. I had no experience in dealing with legal matters and was very upset and frustrated over the accident. The moment I met with John I felt better. His confidence and presence assured me that things would be made right and they were. He guided me through the process every step of the way and I am so grateful for his help.
