We operate very similar to a franchise model (Example: The Maids) using full time, bonded and insured employees. An important factor for you is that we are locally owned, based in Kingston NH with operating hours ~ Monday through Friday ~ 8am to 5pm. This supports a strong, passionate communication between our cleaning teams, management and your family.

We carefully screen all cleaning providers performing extensive background and reference checks. Our staff goes through a complete training process before they are placed on a Team for fieldwork assignments. We make sure all tax obligations are taken care of, which is critical to you as a homeowner.

Owners Bob Tarbox (Director of Operations) & Mark Burdick (Director of Marketing & Sales) started ProTime Services in 2004 and to date has five cleaning teams servicing over 200 customers.
