BB&Z Auto Repair

I’ve been in there a few times this year with two different cars. They seem to know BMWs very well and how to diagnose and repair them. The shop looks tidy and well organized and there’s a clean and comfortable enough sitting area if you’re waiting for the work to be done. They’ve also given me a few (short) rides home after dropping vehicles off which makes things a whole lot easier. Their prices are reasonable; better than the dealership but a little more than I’m used to with my old neighborhood mechanic (who had limited BMW experience especially with newer models). BB&Z have stood behind their work too; Initially I had an issue with some of the work they did, but after discussing it with Brian (who reached out to me to follow up), they very professionally stepped up and took care of the problem immediately and even at some expense to themselves. You can’t ask for more than that. Brian seems like a pretty good guy and I think he sincerely wants to take good care of his customers and does.

Honest mechanic. I have a 2009 BMW 328xi and it needed the whole rear suspension replaced due to a broken shock. Brian quoted me initially for a specific amount which would also include replacing the mountings for the shocks. Brought my car in after the weekend when the parts got in, and after the repair he charged me less than the initial quote because the existing mounts were still in good condition and didn’t need replacement. That’s what you call honest work, because most mechanics would have charged for that anyways. Stop taking your BMW to the dealership thinking you’re getting a better service for your money which is NEVER the case, they’re just looking to milk the customers, but not these guys. I will be taking my car in regularly to them for any small to major repair work.

Great shop! I have a BMW M6 and I have been going to them for two years now. I don’t trust my car with any other mechanic. I have full faith in them and they are BMW specialists. Who ever needs a BMW work done must come here! Honest, professional and always do a great job. Highly recommend. Brian and George are great guys!
