My initial Apple experience was several years ago for a minor issue in my hip and lower back. My therapist, Sara, was awesome. Having had previous bad experiences with other clinics, I came to find Sara and the staff at Apple insanely devoted to customer service with great communication. When my husband came away from a car accident this year with injuries, we immediately turned to Apple to assist him in his recovery. He was able to progress with each appointment and ultimately healed his injury under their care. Recently I’ve had the need for treatment after a fall. Without hesitation, I came back to Apple and specifically Sara. I recommend them a million times over!

I’ve been going here since my car accident almost 3 months ago and I have to say that although it has been a slow process everyone was working very well together to get me back to normal as quickly as possible. Since I am in there 4 times a week for massage therapy and physical therapy I have gotten to know everyone very well. This is the first time I have ever needed physical therapy so I gave them 4 stars since I have nothing to compare it to. Everyone is nice, very clean, a lot of appointment availability, great location, ect. Physical therapy is and massage therapy is one of those things you cant avoid if you need it. If you’re looking for someplace to go I would give them a shot. My therapist is Krista and she is great.

Wow, no reviews yet. Physical Therapy is one of those services where if you need it… you really appreciate it. I appreciated all of the extra help I received from the staff here. I have a brain injury that makes it difficult for me to navigate many things in life that folks take for granted and they really helped me out. I can’t remember my PT’s name(thanks to that good ol’ TBI I suffered), but he did a really good job, the manager was obviously attentive to what goes on in the clinic(I saw him go around and attend to stuff during my visits) and the front desk gal was super helpful in copying things and finding ways to help me remember things that I couldn’t. I was being treated for neck pain and problems and the exercises and therapy have worked and I continue to do them at home because they helped me with the pictures of the exercises in a binder so I would remember what to do. Also, I think it’s worthy to mention that anyone going to PT anywhere is going to get instructed as to what they need. It takes a lot of work at home. They can’t fix you by you going once a week or twice a week. YOU have to do your part to get the results. So, if you haven’t had a good experience you should look at your own effort above and beyond(and before) you are quick to blame your lack of result on the PT. That being said, they really equipped me to do my part at home with extra help making my visual aids.
