Business Owner

Chad Storey is the founder of Asset Realty, Asset Capital, Pipeline Platform, Capital Builder Services and branch manager of Alterra Home Loans.

Previously Chad founded the VC backed software company Lockdown Networks.

Chad also worked from 1997 to 2001 in various roles both management and development for Real Networks.

Chad holds several degrees in Computer Science and Graduated as Cum Laude while creating disruptive technologies in the Real Estate industry.

Real Estate is Chad’s palace wherein his kids, Jaden and Lexi are his real treasures.

Yikes! Who are these people? They keep calling me… out of the blue. Have no idea why they are calling. They said we completed paperwork and they had our names.

Just got another call from this group. This is after we told them no and stop calling us. They refuse to follow the laws and regulations within the state of Washington. Please do not use this group you might not get what you want, or even the best items.
I will put in the next time they call the house, it will be phone harassment at that point in time.

My home purchase and loan was setup by J. Thurman at Asset Realty Group. Despite assurances that I was getting the best possible deal, I ended up with an unreasonably high interest rate and price. I’m sure the agent is getting a kickback at my expense to the tune of several thousand dollars loss per year. Avoid this company and its employees at all costs.

Real estate is about customer service, attention to detail and integrity as well as knowledge of the market. In my transaction with Asset, I quickly realized they are lacking all of these. They did not follow through on their promises and of my 15 real estate transactions I can say this was the worst. Their customer service is non existent– I strongly recommend finding another real estate firm.

WARNING! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! — Avoid this shyster business at all costs! They are negligent, very pushy, rude and basically criminal. I’m in shock how these people are still in business. I asked them to stop calling me at least 5 times because I’m registered in a do not call registery but that didn’t stop this Kirkland company from calling me every single day trying to get my expired listing. From what it sounds like that’s the only thing they want is my expired listing be very cautious about doing business with this company.

After we took our house off the market, i started receiving numerous phone calls from this service, despite me asking them not to call again. Their representative was rude and pushy. Phone spam.

I don’t know about the other reviews but my wife and I were completely upside down on our Kirkland home and I called them and Jeff came out and not only sold my home, but sold it for more money than I owed at the bank.
I managed to get out of the deal completely with only a R3 on my credit and a check for $ 49K.
A month later I get a call from Jeff saying he called the bank and not only did they change the R3 to a R1 they found me a BIGGER home for the same price I sold the one I was under for!
These guys rock.

Maya Suraryo showed me a rental place in Shoreline in which I saw twice and told her I was highly interested in one of the rooms in the place. I even met her again and turned in a rental application. On a Monday she asked if I could have a co-​signer via text, I text her back and told her I would find one. On Wed morning I told her I had one and would be ready to give her a check for the deposit to hold the room until June 1st (her idea). She informed me via text that morning that on Tue she had accepted a deposit check from someone else. I told her that was not good business and totally unfair knowing I wanted the place. She could have at least called me Tue and said someone else wanted the room. I highly warn anybody that is thinking of doing business with her or Asset that people do not matter, you are only a dollar sign in her eyes. I actually feel fortunate she is NOT my landlord, for who knows what she would have pulled in the future.

I, too, received a call from Asset Realty after I took my house off the market. But I also received calls from every other agent out there trying to win my listing. Take the time to listen to Asset’s approach to marketing. It’s different and it worked for me!
My experience with Donna Marshall was nothing but positive. In today’s housing market where things are changing so quickly, she was right on top of it. Donna’s approach to pricing and marketing a home is different than any agent I have ever worked with but she knows what she’s doing! Prior to listing with Donna my house had been on the market for five months with very little activity. Donna’s experience and her fantastic negotiating skills not only sold my home in 1 day but resulted in multiple full price offers which ultimately finalized at $ 30K above asking price!
I will recommend Donna without hesitation to anyone I know looking to buy or sell a home.

Every time my house goes off the market I get a call from this company. Sometimes they leave messages. Today they did not. I’ve asked them in the past not to call me, my number is listed in the ‘Do Not Call Registry’ yet they continue to call. I’ve said this in previous reviews… but, any company that is THAT desperate should be avoided all together!
I’ve now received 4 phone calls from them in a week!

This company got my name off of the Multiple Listing Service when I put my condo on the market. After I took the listing off the market, Asset Realty Group has called me multiple times a day and left several voicemails trying to get me to list with them, even after I’ve repeatedly told them I’m not interested and asked them not to call. This behavior is outrageous and illegal. I’ve reported them to the National Do Not Call Registry.
