Carpet Liquidators

This review is only based on my experience with getting a quote and scheduling a measure. Came in tonight to get a quote for my rental property. Nancy was so helpful and courteous. She offered us professional advice without being pushy. We went to another carpet store prior to coming to Carpet Liquidators. Not only was Carpet Liquidators quote cheaper but we also got a much higher quality product.
The shop itself is a warehouse so don’t expect to be walking into a showroom where everything is laid out neatly. I’m a carpet newb so I was confused by the gigantic rolls of carpet everywhere but Nancy helped is navigate our way through.
This is a great start to the service! I hope the rest of the process goes as smoothly! Will update once the carpet gets installed.

Great place, kinda like costco but for carpets. They have only a very limited choices of colors for each brand, but you can’t beat their prices, almost at wholesale since they buy in bulk from what they explained to me.
We have never bought carpets, but we came in here and the sales person explained everything and gave us some good recommendations. They came and measured and helped answer all our questions and promptly always returned our calls.

I’m with Kayla H. Carpet Liquidators deserves 10 stars! Nancy is amazing!!! Helpful and knowledgeable and we had our flooring installed quickly. Their installers are courteous and precise. I have recommended them over and over and will definitely use them again.

I would give Carpet Liquidators 10 stars if I could! We worked with Nancy who helped us pick out samples and really did a great job of showing us the right carpet for our project.
We had them install hardwood floors as well as carpet and the crew did a fantastic job! We are so pleased with carpet liquidators. I would highly recommend them and cannot sing their praises enough!

I’m usually not one to write reviews but I thought I should given my great experience with Carpet Liquidators. I worked with John and Kurt who made the process very streamlined and easy to have carpet installed in our new home. They are very responsive and willing to work with you and ensure you are satisfied with the installation. Definetely would recommend them to my friends and family for their services! We wanted to get carpet in our new house ASAP, and Carpet Liquidators was able to deliver a good price and fast installation. Good experience. Salesperson helpful, not pushy. Crew did their job. I pulled carpet myself, cleaned extensively, removed all staples and rusty tack board, and fixed squeaks in subfloor prior to new carpet installation. I would not expect installation crew to do this, so heads up if you are getting new carpet on old squeaky floors loaded with old hardware.

Everyone at Carpet Liquidators was great. The installer crew was on time, finished quickly and cleaned up after themselves. Shane was easy to deal with and the value was good

They were great, carpet quality was amazing, process was quick and painless and we had new carpet installed within 7 days!
My husband and I have been looking at replacing our carpet for a couple of years. I have visited large chain home improvements stores and had carpeting priced out several times. We saw an advertisement for Carpet Liquidators on a Sunday, decided to stop by and found an amaaazing quality of carpet that I knew was a very good price for what it was.
I decided to see what kind of quality I thought I had by going into Home Depot with the swatch. The carpet person felt the carpet and pointed me over to the ‘expensive area’ where I found a similar product for almost twice as much as CL was charging me. We decided right then and there.
From the beginning, Andrew Rodriguez was friendly, helpful and not pushy. A few days after our initial visit, they were out measuring and they told us that they had an opening for installation open up the following weekend. I was floored that they could get out that soon! (I had been recently quoted about 4 – 5 weeks from order to installation from Home Depot).
The day of installation came and they showed up when they said they would, the guys were quick and did a beautiful job. All for about ¾ of what it would have cost us at HD for a lesser quality carpet and no wait. Thanks Andrew, thanks CL, we are thrilled!
P. S. Always go with the 10lb pad, you will NOT be disappointed, it is like walking on a marshmallow! Yum!

I can’t believe how EASY they made replacing my carpet after a very stressful flooding incident in my condo. Andrew Rodriguez in Sales was extremely friendly and helpful. He quickly determined how much my homeowner’s insurance would pay for, then determined how much I could spend on the carpet, pad, and labor, all without costing me a single penny out-​of-​pocket. I was able to get the best carpet & pad that my insurance would pay for, and they allowed me to schedule the installation on a Saturday, with only a few days’ notice. The installer was excellent — very clean and quick, getting the entire job done in ONE hour. The carpet is absolutely perfect and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the entire experience. I would use them again in a second — but hope I don’t have to!

I would definitely use Carpet Liquidators again and would recommend them to friends and family. Shane was very helpful, professional and prompt as we selected our carpet and scheduled a time to measure the space. Our installer (Filipe) did an excellent job and we couldn’t be happier with how our new carpet has transformed our place into looking new once again. We needed this job done quickly and they delivered, right on schedule. Great job and wonderful service — a real pleasure to do business with these guys!
