They seem careless and were reluctant to response to property issues reported. They provide emails but never reply to any email requests until you call (maybe employees need trainings on how to use emails…), you have to call again and again and be ready to be put on hold for very long time. They charge late fees due to their own changes which result in automatic payment rejections and did not send out any notices to communicate. Overall experiences were negative and frustrated.
