Dave’s Auto Painting & Collision Repair

These guys are great. The support handle inside on the passenger side came out of the upholstery of my 2007 Honda Accord. It wasn’t impacting the use of my car but still the look of it kept bothering me. I called up the dealer and he gave me an estimate of $ 65 for a new handle. I asked around and someone referred me to Dave’s. Those guys fixed it for free and without the need of a new part. I will definitely take my cars to them if I need any body work. Both Dave and Tim earned my trust and future business.

After receiving glowing recommendations for Dave’s from three auto repair shops in Kirkland, we finally took our car over to Dave’s shop.
And we’re so happy that we did.
Our 2004 Acura had received a nasty dent in the driver’s side door while parked in a crowded Seattle lot over the weekend. I called Dave on Monday and he told me to bring the car in the next day. My wife and I drove two cars, thinking we would be leaving the Acura with Dave for a few days. We were wrong.
Dave fixed the dent in 5 minutes. And we were PLEASANTLY surprised by the bill :)
This level of craftsmanship, integrity, and kindness is something that is so rare in the world of auto repair these days. Ask any shop in Kirkland «who does the best body work» and they’ll all send you to Dave’s.
I’ve never met such sweet and humble people. Yes, the shop is quirky and Dave is going to show you some pictures of his grandkids. You also might leave with a bashfully offered «Jesus Saves» pamphlet, but this was more charming than proselytizing. Wonderful shop, great people. They have my business for life.

Dave’s gets a hearty 5 stars. Not knowing anything much about cars I fear not getting a fair shake, but there was none of that monkey business with this company. I was so down when I had my car accident and they took care of me, even giving me rides in their personal vehicles to the shop. The work was at a more than reasonable price and very high quality workmanship. When someone hit me again, I had to get the routine 3 estimates and Dave’s always met or beat the others. I give them my highest recommendation and I won’t go anywhere else. There is no reason to.

My husband and I have taken both of our cars here on multiple occasions. They always go above and beyond to fix what needs repairing. Our cars always look brand new when we pick them up! Also, more importantly, they communicate with insurance very well, making the whole process stress-​free. When our cars are involved in an accident, whether we’re at fault or not, we know we can trust Dave’s Auto. I’d recommend them to anyone!

Great service. They were kind and explained everything. They drove me to and from the nearest bus stop. The work was done well and did not cost an arm and a leg. They even evened out and painted a big dent in my door for free. I would definitely come back if my car ever need a fixup again.

Very friendly, professional, and not pushy! Clearly communicated my repair options for a small dent and scratch to bare metal. In lieu of re-​doing my entire hood, they did a complimentary «quick and dirty» touch-​up job on the area and other miscellaneous blemishes on my car. Definitely earned my future business!

They were way too awesome! Got me a new mirror for my car and they completely cleaned the area around where there was glue from years of taping, painted it for me since it was delivered red for FREE, and waited for me to come get it even after they had closed.

These guys are amazing, they fixed my light and bent back my door for free. I am definitely coming back to them to fix my bumper. Honest, and ask to see their paintings :)

The minor collision repair is complete and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They matched the insurance company’s estimate and tossed in a couple extras on top (replaced both headlight assemblies instead of just one and a new windshield too since the old one had some major scratches and repaired chips).
