Dyson Service Center

Wow! This place is amazing. I had my vacuum repaired in Bend OR for $ 156. Problem was not fixed. After speaking with the Dyson Rep at Costco he directed me to the service center here in Kirkland, as I was visiting my son for an extended period. The service rep turned it on, went in the back, brought out a new head and vola! Fixed! He said there was NO CHARGE as I was unfairly treated by an unscrupulous repair man before… I will ALWAYS buy Dyson. You should too. Great product, great service!

Rafael was a fantastic tech, couldn’t be happier with my visit. Thought I would need to drop off the vacuum and return, and also thought I would have to fight against upgrading to a newer model. Rafael quickly diagnosed the issues, fixed it and cleaned it while I was there, and answered lots of questions I had without trying to push me into something new.
I bought Dyson due to the quality, I will keep it due to the service.

I was a little nervous to take my Dyson in, I was worried that they were going to give me a huge estimate to fix it then try to sell me a new expensive vacuum instead.
Not so much the case.
Raffael came up front to greet me when I came in and asked what was going on, I told him I was pretty sure it was clogged and possibly needed repair. He plugged it in and I think he was expecting it not to be too serious, after he turned it on he basically told me the motor was dead. (I didn’t mean to murder my Dyson I swear! It lived a somewhat long life I promise…) I was afraid he was going to tell me I was totally up a creek but he said he’d look to see if it was still under warranty and what he could do for me. After getting all the information in the computer I asked for an estimate to fix it, I had seen in their window that they will trade in old Dysons for recycle and give some money off a new one so after I got the estimate for repair I asked if that would be a better way to go — again expecting not to get much back for my totally toast vacuum. He went over everything with me, I was looking at a really expensive one but he showed me a less expensive one too and in the end for what I needed he was honest and said the less expensive one would work just as well. I feel like I also got a decent amount back for my trade in.
Luckily there is a sale going on right now too so it ended up only being slightly more to trade up than it would have been to repair.
Customer service was amazing, I did not feel pressured in any way, all the questions I asked were answered thoroughly, he was engaging and incredibly polite.
While I was in the store another woman came in with a much older vacuum that needed some TLC and I overheard a little bit of the interaction between her and the other sales associate and he seemed very pleasant too.

I brought my dyson in because it was experiencing a loss of suction. I did not have to set an appointment or anything. I explained to him the problem and told him I had taken it apart myself to unclog before but this time I couldn’t figure it out. So he takes it apart in front of me and shows me the issue. It was awesome. And shows me how to take apart the entire vacuum so I will never have to go there again. He also cleaned it. Very professional experience and I was out of there in like 15 mins. Not to mention it was free, though I believe that’s because my vacuum is still young.

These guys are courteous and professional! Fixed my Dyson despite being out of the 60 days, its been 2 years! Thanks Dyson!

A five-​star business all around.
When I was there, there was only one technician. I had to wait a few minutes which I didn’t mind at all, as the rest of the service was excellent. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the technician name. He is obviously an expert and very professional.
He took the time to greet me while he was still working on the other customer. When it was my turn, he didn’t waste any time. He diagnosed the issue, grab a replacement part, performed an overall check, summarized everything and sent me on my way. Yes, my DC 25 is still under warranty, but I would definitely return even if it is an out of warranty repair.
No sales gimmick or hassle. Instead, he encouraged me to bring the vacuum in every 6 months for a check-​up. Very positive experience and would definitely stick with Dyson.

In the time it takes to make a latte, you can get your Dyson fixed. No joke.
Speed: It’s so fast that it’s actually embarrassing how long I’ve put off visiting this service center, which is a 5-​minute drive during traffic. The tech I saw was on a different level. Turned on the vacuum and within seconds he knew what was wrong.
Quality: Not only was the service fast but thorough and deliberate. He had time to run the vacuum a few different ways.
Cost: Free. No BS sales pitch, not even small talk. No guilt trips. No judgment. The cost was the time it took for me to write down my contact info on a work ticket. And then sent me on my way.
Trust me. You’ll feel the same — wishing you had visited sooner.

MY husband and I went today to take our 6 yr old Dyson to get fixed. Two days ago its smelt like something was starting to burn. My husband took the vacuum in and I grabbed my son. In the time it took me to get my kid unbuckled and into the store, Trevor had 1. greeted my husband 2. taken the vacuum apart 3. diagnosed it.
Trevor was amazing. He knows is stuff. Just by looking at our vacuum did he nail the year and even month we had bought it in.
We got a trade-​in discount and walked out with a new Dyson. Maybe 20 mins tops! Super fast.

I dropped my Dyson off at UPS in Lacey, WA on Wednesday. It was picked up, shipped up to Dyson in Kirkland, fixed, and shipped back to my door step in under 48 hours… That is incredible! Especially when you consider that this is the peak holiday shipping season.
Not only did they fix my DC14’s clutch problem, but they fully cleaned and detailed the whole vacuum! It looks and smells like new!
This exceptional level of service seems to exist throughout the entire Dyson company.

My Dyson is on it’s end of the 5^th year. I bought it as Sears and they no longer do Dyson so they referred me to here.
Excellent service, they did exactly what I expected and my Dyson works like new.
I went through 5 vacuums in 2years before I bought a Dyson. I will Always go Dyson.

Came here during my lunch break and the technician was very friendly, fast and knowledgeable even when he was the only person on his shift. So glad I work nearby here with an hour lunch. He also showed me partially why my vacuum wasn’t working properly and fixed my circuit breaker for my brush. Thank you dyson for your 5 yr warranty as well. Glad I bought this brand as my first vacuum.

The brush roller on my Dyson wasn’t working, and hadn’t worked since the first use. We put off fixing it and dreading trying to find someone to fix it, expecting it to be costly. I took it into Dyson last week and they were prompt in their service, and had it fixed within half an hour with no charge to me. Was very pleased with their service! Only downside was how very antisocial the serviceman was, but I guess we don’t pay them to make idle chitchat.

i went in for the first time because my dyson wasn’t working the way it used to. the staff quickly determined that i needed a new filter and that my rollerbar was clogged with pet fur. they replaced both under warranty, with no charge. awesome! and kudos to the handsome, bearded guy with blue eyes for doing it all in about ten minutes!

Quick and easy

My dyson was not working right so I drove to the Kirkland Dyson service center. I was expecting to leave it and pay to have it repaired. Dana came out to help me. He took a look at my machine and in less than 10 minutes he replaced the whole front roller bar part which had become broken. He then checked other parts to make sure the machine was working in all areas. I expected him to tell me it would be about $ 100 but he looked inside behind the canister to tell me my machine was made in 2010 and still under warranty. All I had to do is fill out the warranty card. I was in and out of there in 20 minutes with my fixed Dyson. I couldn’t be happier with the stellar service from Dana! I wish I had found them sooner when the machine had started acting up. Great job!

I brought my dyson in to get a new air filter and Trevor went above and beyond… Made sure the handles and release lever below worked properly. I left in 20mis and couldn’t be any more satisfied.

Took my vac into them to have them look at a warranty repair and to do the «free» maintenance check. My fault I didn’t run the vac before we left, still makes a horrible clanking noise when I use it on the carpet. We live in Tacoma drove 2+ hours round trip — twice. When I asked the service person if there was a authorized service center closer to us he said there was, but his supervisor told him they didn’t need to know who it was. Also I don’t think they ever did any type of annual maintenance check. Made a few phone calls myself and found out that the authorized service repair in Tacoma is the Sears repair center on 72^nd. Make sure you run your vac before you leave. Live and learn!
