Sent this to a wake for my stepmother. It arrived as the wake was ending and people were leaving even though they said it would be delivered on time. I will make sure to spread the word that this place is a POS company! Thanks for making a terrible day even worse for me! Avoid this company, there are reputable companies out there and this is not one of them! Overpriced for what you get too!!!

VERYRUDEANDBADCUSTOMERSERVICE! USEANOTHERLOCATION!!! I ordered an arrangement from this location. The website talks about how same day deliveries are completely possible, well apparently this changes location to location. I called immediately after I placed my order and was placed on hold for over 30 minutes(clearly I wasn’t waiting this whole time, I placed it on speaker phone and went on with my work and finally had to hang up because the music was giving me a headache.) Over an hour and a half after I placed my order a man called me back,(I’m assuming the owner because I recognized his voice from the initial answering machine) He let me know that they would not be able to make my delivery that day, as the delivery driver had already left. He did not give me any other explanation, I noted what the website said and he just told me again that it would be sent tomorrow. I don’t know what I was thinking not checking the Unilocal reviews first.

I will never recommend this place. I placed my order today for it to be delivered today as a surprise. They call my husband and ask him how long he’ll be at work so they can deliver. It was supposed to be a surprise. Then 3 hours later they call me and say they can’t make it today. I’m absolutely upset with the service and will not be buying from them again.

Edible Arrangements completely dropped the ball and ruined my surprise. I ordered a surprise arrangement for my sister. EA guaranteed same day delivery. Again the dropped the ball rescheduled for the following day. EA called my sister to notify her of the change in delivery date COMPLETELYRUININGTHESURPRISE. Do not use this company if you need same day delivery as thier guarantees are unfulfilled. Do not use this company if you plan on a surprise because they completely ruined mine and i am incredibly disappointed.

They say that you can tell how great a company’s customer service is by how they handle a problem. I think that this location of Edible Arrangements has a few things to learn. I ordered a Mother’s Day arrangement for my mother-in-law from this location, requesting a Friday delivery to avoid the holiday rush. Friday came and nothing was delivered. Okay, that happens. I wasn’t even upset when I called to inquire about why they missed the delivery. I was told that they would look into the order and call me back that day with an update. Nobody called, and on Saturday, there was still no delivery. Saturday afternoon I called and was again told that they would look into this and I was promised a call back that same day. Nobody called, and nothing was delivered. On Sunday the phones were too busy to reach anyone, but again, nothing was delivered. Finally, on Monday afternoon, after getting no response(and no delivery) I simply requested a refund and they obliged, with no further explanation of what went wrong. I’m a pretty easy-going girl, and I understand that things happen. But no response or attempt to correct the issue over three days was really unacceptable. Despite the experience, I love Edible Arrangements and will try the franchise again, but I will steer clear of this location.
