FlyFitness is amazing and WILL get you in shape. It is in a beautiful location, the instructors are very talented, and they will keep you motivated. Their classes are challenging but thats why we go, right? I have never been to a fitness studio where everything is so challenging, fun, and rewarding.
Class sizes are never very large and you always have room to move around, Saturdays are the busiest, so sign up early. Because of the location, many of the classes mix working out in studio with working out in the plaza or on the dock which makes it even more fun.
All of the instructors are experienced and know what they are doing, they are flexible to changing conditions, motivating, and fun to be around. The whole environment is social with a focus on working hard while having fun.
Traci’s Saturday Organized Chaos class will kick your butt, Marian’s Monday Cycle Yoga is a perfect start to the week with 30 minutes of Cycle and 30 minutes of Yoga, and all of Kristi & Megan’s classes will leave you sore.
My wife and I started going after a Living Social deal and then did the 30 day challenge in January, we were hooked and go 5 days a week now.

FANTASTIC. Had the pleasure of frequenting this location while in town for a conference. Luckily I’m an early bird so I never had to share the studio and luckily I could sweat in peace while looking out at fantastic Lake Washington. Then a quick hop skip and jump back to The Woodmark and to the conference. Doesn’t get much better. Super clean and well stocked.

I love it here! Every class is equally challenging, and I can choose between high-​impact (HIIT, for example) or low-​impact (spin/​barre/​yoga) exercises, depending on what my body’s up for. I started coming here in June of 2013 — one year after having surgery on my leg — and I have noticed a huge improvement in my balance and overall strength. The instructors are all fantastic and friendly, and can offer modifications for those who need it. I’ve enjoyed every class I’ve taken here, and they offer wonderful intro packages (and a free first class!). I can’t wait until summer, when the spin bikes overlook Lake Washington on Friday evenings!

Fly Fitness is one of my favorite gyms I have ever gone to — they really care about everyone who walks through the door. I have taken about 30 classes since end of August and hands down they are the perfect blend of high intensity, toughness, cardio, strength, and fun. ALL of the instructors are amazing, hard working trainers, who are right there with you cycling up the hills or pushing through the last TRX push up. I find them really affordable for what they offer — an hour of amazing-​workout for under $ 20/​session.

Excellent classes with top rate fitness instructors who keep you motivated to obtain your goals. Great location with spinning classes on the dock overlooking the lake make this one of the best ways to get in the zone and achieve physical conditioning. Grateful it’s conveniently located in an inspirational setting. Owner tends to form «clicks» with certain status groups so if you drive a Benz, show up in an Oldsmobile or wear something besides lulu lemon and see if you’re treated any differently. Silly. I just want to work out with good, inspirational souls. Moving on…

Hands down one of the best fitness studios on the Eastside. I’ve only been a handful of times, but every instructor has been friendly, approachable, inspiring, and um — super fit!
Quick tips on the classes: Organized Chaos — one of the hardest boot camp classes I’ve been to in a long time. It kicked my ass. and Rock the Dock — cycling on the dock in the summer time with a live DJ (who knew working out could be so FUN???) — I can’t think of a better workout.
Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area if you want to take your workout to the next level!

I joined Fly a year ago when I moved to Seattle from Florida. I took one class (Organized Chaos) and as soon as it was done I was worn out! It was a hard class but I loved the challenge and knew I could get stronger and healthier at Fly. So, I signed up for a year membership. Greatest decision ever! Living in Seattle while working in Renton, working out in Kirkland may seem silly but there is just no other place like Fly. I gladly make that trip any day to get an awesome workout in.
Every single trainer at Fly is super personable and always there to make you laugh and make you push yourself beyond your comfort zone. They have also taught me so much about fitness and nutrition. I can’t say enough wonderful things about all the trainers!
I would definitely recommend everyone to try a class at Fly. If you’re ready to push yourself and commit to crushing your fitness goals, you need to check out Fly! =)

this is my happy place. all of the classes are AMAZING, as is the location. the people who come are all really nice, down to earth and of course in great shape because the classes are all so good and hard (in a good way). the instructors motivate you without being annoying. the owner, traci, genuinely cares about everyone who comes to fly and is so supportive in whatever your goals might be. it might cost a bit more than some of the other gyms in the area but it’s worth every penny. fly helped get me back into shape after my 2^nd baby and stay in shape throughout the pregnancy. it’s easy to get a little addicted to fly…

Fly is amazing. I was very apprehensive about trying it out, thinking that it was a hoity toity fitness studio where everyone is in perfect shape.
Not the case.
Everyone is in good shape because they workout there often. The instructors are so friendly and encouraging. They work with clients at all fitness levels.
If you give it a try and stick to a regular schedule, you will see results.
The one negative is probably the price. This is to be expected because of the location and the studio. It’d exclusive but the nice thing is the classes are usually small (5−15ish) and there is a lot of 1:1 support.
If I hadn’t have moved, I’d still be going to Fly.

Fly Fitness is a great destination for exercise. I have worked with their trainers through my pregnancy. As a result, I have more energy, feel strong, and have kept my weight in a perfectly health place (that’s what my doctor tells me).
Thanks to the highly customized approach, and pre-​natal knowledge of the Fly Fitness team, I feel geared up and ready to exercise after pregnancy and with my baby.

This is one of the best private fitness studios in the entire Eastside. First off it’s super trendy and cute! The staff are super awesome and also teaching & implementing cutting edge techniques. They just added TRX classes! It’s much more than just a fitness studio but a great community of women. I’ve never like Spin before, than I decided to try out Fly Cycle and I’ve been in love with spinning now! All of their class are unique and really kick your butt! I highly recommend checking this place out. Even if you have another gym membership, their classes will take your fitness to another level!

I first tried a class to help me get back into shape after my first baby and to vary my workouts. I am still loving it and can’t get enough! I’m now pregnant with my second baby and feel so strong every time I finish a Fly class. I never thought I would enjoy a spinning class but Fly Fitness has such amazing and motivating teachers, who play awesome upbeat music… it makes the class fly by. I also love the organized chaos class and you never regret coming when your done.
The studio and location on the water is beautiful and it’s so fun when it’s sunny and you get to take your workout outside, can’t beat the views. The owner, Traci, is so approachable and friendly to every client she meets and she makes you want to keep coming back.

I never knew the meaning of group fitness until I stumbled upon this gem about a year ago. Intending to just do personal training there, Traci (the brains and owner behind this incredible concept) convinced me to try a spin class. I was resistant. I had never been into group fitness before. Boy, did that one class change my mindset and rocked my world. I highly recommend fly fitness for anyone wanting to boost their fitness routine and walk away a happier person.
Without a doubt, these instructors will work you to the point of your maximum fatigue. I thought I was in good shape until I started working out there. They challenge you to reach your limits, all while being motivating and upbeat. The atmosphere is open and bright, the instructors greet every client by name, the music is perfectly suited for every class, and the clientele is like a family. I have made friends thru fly fitness (an added bonus). The classes are all different —
flycycle classic (60 minutes spin), Flycycle flex (half spin and half strength training), fly-​yo (half spin and half yoga), organized chaos (killer bootcamp), and the newly added TRX are fantastic. And be sure to try all instructors (Traci, Amanda and Casey are ones I frequent) as they each offer a different take away and focus. I go to fly daily, and will never belong to another gym again. Fly challenges me to become the best version of myself. I highly recommend you try this place; just once; and be prepared to have your life transformed.

I love this gym and the staff. It has such a great atmosphere. It feels much more like a community vs. some of the larger gyms in the area. The teachers are motivating, friendly and inspiring. My favorite classes are the spin and fly flex classes.

The best! Love everyone and all the classes at Fly Fitness :) I would recommend it to anyone who wants a fun and tough workout (you won’t get away with just doing the motions here!). I’ve done all the classes (Flycycle classic, Organized Chaos, Flycycle/​ugi bootcamp, FlyFlex) except yoga with Traci, Casey, Christine and Amanda and have never been let down. I also love hanging out with Traci’s incredibly cute vizsla, Bozeman :) Everyone should try Fly!

I wish I could Fly every day! But alas that cannot be.
I first started taking classes at fly with a living social deal and I really only intended to go for the 5 classes I bought. After my first spin class with Casey I was hooked and bought another 30 classes.
I’ve taken the Classic Fly spin class, Spin/​Ugi Ball Class and Yoga, I would recommend them all with no reservations.
Traci, Casey, Marion and the rest of the Fly crew are super nice and motivating. And even though I’ve now joined a gym that offers spin classes I’ll still go to Fly when I need an extra kick in the butt.

Really incredible staff at Fly Fitness in Kirkland and a great workout facility… right on the water with beautiful views. Everyone who works there practices what they preach and that makes it really motivating.

I love this studio at Carillon Point! Every instructor has great energy and the unique group classes keep you focused, moving and having a great time! You are guaranteed to have your butt kicked AND leave smiling. Its the best workout I’ve ever done.

Classes are held outside at Greenlake for an hour. They are intense but what a great workout you’ll get. I’ve only done a few classes now and there have only been about 4 – 8 people attending a class at a time. It’s a mix of cardio and strength training. Workouts are done together as a group. I’d highly recommend giving it a shot at least once.

Discovered this fabulous fitness régime via Daily Candy, and have been a regular ever since. Traci — the guru behind Fly Fitness will kick your butt into gear with her ball busting, sweat provoking Bikini Boot Camp. I thought I was in peak physical condition until I took this class, and have to say I am extremely satisfied with the results.
A lively mix of cardio, abs, gluts, and arms, Traci’s classes are awesome! She makes you work muscles you never knew you had. Every time I leave, I feel invigorated, stronger, and motivated to burn more calories. Classes are 1-​hour of intense exercise, plus you can’t beat moving and grooving to some sweet get-​your-​body-​in-​gear tunes.
