Four Season Nails

Pretty standard nail salon… Fast, efficient and decent work.
I’m not sure why it’s so hard to find an outstanding nail salon.
I am on the search for a salon that offers a little better quality but I would come back in a pinch.

She called me ugly twice. Said my eye lash out extensions were ugly, said my nails were shaped ugly. Then apologized after realizing I was Vietnamese and could understand what she was saying about me and my «extremely difficult nails» this was my first visit. And apologized after saying «I’m sorry I feel like I did your nails ugly»
Won’t be going back.

Don’t even know why I have given this place so many chances. So the first massive issue I had with this place was almost two years ago. I came in and some older woman clipped my nails down and was the one who did my acrylics. First this lady cut my nails so short that she «had to glue the tips onto my fingers» NOT ON MY NAILS THE SKIN! Then this lady drills the blood out of my fingers when she’s buffing like on every single finger she buffed the blood out of me. My fingers turned all scabby and yellow I have pictures on my old phone I will post. Another issue I have had with this place is the gossiping with each other right I. Your face. Like you know when people are saying mean things about you. Well last week I was in a pinch and had to come into this place I looked on here and saw Lisa was a good tech so I made an appointment with her. I went in last Thursday and she did a fill for me. She didn’t fill near my cuticles so my nails grew out literally in less than a week and I could see the spaces between my cuticles and the acrylic like bare nails after I walked out. She also did a really bad job shaping them. I now know why my nails look so bad she ended up double booking me so she didn’t finish my nails she had some guy paint my nails who did a really bad job and then he put glitter top coat on me that I didn’t want. Save your money don’t come here.

Lisa is absolutely amazing, especially if you have acrylic nails. I am pretty particular because I have to look at my nails all day every day working 2 desk jobs, and I’m so happy with the way they turn out :)
Update: After reading some negative reviews– If you make an appointment ahead of time and allow plenty of time before closing (don’t show up at 6:45pm when they close at 7pm), service will not be rushed. The technicians are anxious to get home to their families after working such a long day and as someone who works in customer service as well, there’s nothing we hate more than someone arriving and expecting service right before closing. Also for any kind of acrylic or gel manicure, ask for Lisa. I will say that the other ladies there are far less experienced than her.

If I could give them less then 1 star it would be a –5. BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. Not only did the lady cut my fingers and continued to hurt me after I told her to stop. But she also made my nails crooked. When I asked her to redo it she refused to do so, and all of the other Nail employees were crowding around me, speaking in another language and completely talking bad about the fact that I was complaining. Although I don’t know what they were speaking talking negatively is a pretty universal thing given the body language involved. So when I went to pay I asked if I could get a discount considering it took them over a hour and a half for a fill and simple color and I wasnt happy with tthe customer service nor the paint job. She said no took my card and charged me 25 dollars for something I hated. The same day I waited for my nails to dry over an hour and they were still wet due to the cheapest paint I have ever seen. The next day I woke up thinking my nails would be dry because who on earth has wet nails 24 hours later. Guess who? ME! My nails were completely ruined. But the story isnt over, I got my nails done to go camping for the 4^th of July weekend. So I go with my horrible nails as I dont have time to get them redone. The second day into my trip I go swimming in the Lake and when I get out my nails (which started of teal) were now black with dirt and I could not get the dirt off. I had to stay like that all weekend until I could go get them redone on Monday. All and all I had to send 50 dollars on a fill and repaint since this place couldnt do it right the first time. NEVER GO HERE I WOULD LITERALLY RATHER HAVE MY 7 YEAR OLD PAINT MY NAILS. HORRIBLE COMPANY HORRIBLE EMPLOYEES HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

I don’t even have my nails painted and I already know I won’t be returning.
The wax she soaked my feet in was too hot. When I initially said it’s too hot she proceeded to spread this around my foot. I had to ask her again to remove it.
My feet were burning after the wax was removed. I asked for ice and she turned to another technician beside her and asked something in her language.
When they shook their heads, I motioned for her to run cold water. This helped.
Even before this wax incident she was really quick with everything. I just felt like she wanted to quickly get this over with.
As I stepped into the pedicure chair, I noticed the floor was filthy.
The gal next to me had to request her nails to be redone because the previous dark color was still visible on the sides of the nail. They insisted that the color had soaked into her skin!
When she was done she had to ask for pedicure slippers! Same thing when I was done.
I didn’t get any rough skin removed. This has been a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this place!
The charge is $ 25 with an extra 75c for a credit card fee. That’s their Visa’s 3% recovery fee. It would have been nice if they’d notified me upfront,

Great work and beautiful nails, but very unfriendly…

I went here as a special treat with my mom, as this is her favorite place. They were nice, talented, and the woman running the show was very friendly. My toes, also, look fantastic.
However, it took them over an hour after they started our pedicures to finish, and when they did my mom presented them with her punch card (they have a special deal of sorts where after so many punches you get one free, or get a discount, something like that). They punched it once, and when my mom asked them if she could get two because she paid for two, the gal who was checking us out shook her head and told her no. The manager (I assume) spoke with her for a minute before they punched a separate card and handed it to me.
Although we ended up getting a second card punched, I was completely rubbed the wrong way by how they treated my mom. She told me later that she goes there a lot, and she’s never had a problem before like that.
I don’t plan on returning.

I drove to Four Season Nails since there was a wait at my favored nail salon. There was no wait when I walked in for a shellac manicure. Unfortunately, a couple of people walked in after me (almost immediately), which made the nail technician rushed. It’s been too long since my last manicure, and I was looking forward to my cuticles getting some TLC. Looking at them now, it doesn’t even look like I got a manicure.
The nail tech was helpful in finding a pink shade for my French manicure, and she also cleaned up the white lines nicely. However, I had to come home and trim the corners of almost all of my nails with a file. There are too many nail salons in Kirkland competing for business to return here.

Gosh, this was a hard review for me. Being a licensed Cosmetologist, my safety and sanitation expectations are set high. I had to follow strict rules and regulations when in school, was tested on them at state level and am required to follow these laws as a licensed individual. I wish EVERYONE had the same standards and that shops had to up their cleanliness to stay within regulation, it would make things better for everyone.
The good:
The pedicure itself was great, no complaints! The staff was friendly. The location was convenient. My toes look good, they take debit/​credit, the price was right, I didn’t walk away with a fungus, the chairs were comfy, etc.
The bad:
My toes were worked on by THREE different technicians. This part didn’t actually bother me as I was chatting away with my friend and didn’t really care who was taking care of me. What bothered me is how the staff rotated between clients without washing their hands as they moved around.
The paraffin dip… what a delightful treat as part of the spa pedicure… until I saw that they kept leaving the lid of the dip on the floor.
Sanitizing the foot spas. Wow. After I walked away from my foot spa, they literally sprayed something in the bowl and wiped it down and filled it back up for the next person. It is a known fact that bacteria lives within the pipes and tubing of the jets and it is incredibly important to run the sanitizer through the system before refilling for the next person.
General cleanliness — it just wasn’t there. The place needed a good scrub.
Why did I give them 3 stars? Well… it’s really hard to find a good place to get a pedicure anymore. Time and time again I either have a technician using a razor on the bottom of my foot (illegal by the way) or the technician is unlicensed or the shop is dirty, etc. I feel that this place fell right in the middle for me. The technicians were nice, licensed and did a good job.

Four Seasons is just down the street from my house. I’ve been there three times and had a great experience each time. The only reason I gave it four stars, not five, is because my pedicure didn’t last more than two weeks. It chipped right off, which was so sad. But the massage is great, the water can be too hot, just let them know that it needs to be turned down, and my feet are always so soft after the wax treatment and the scrub. Love this place. I’ve been to a few other salons, but they aren’t nearly as good as Four Seasons Nails.

I got a shellac mani from Lisa and had a great experience. They were busy, but I had an appt so they got me right in. Great color selection and quality. The color I selected was light so she took the time to do an extra round of shellac. They were polite and friendly and the place was clean and nice. Same pricing as other salons. Make an appt because they do get busy!

I get my nails done here a lot. Love this salon and gel sets but sometimes the service feels a little rushed. I took my sister in laws when they came to visit and they weren’t very impressed and I have to say… it was worse than the times before. 25 $ for a pedicure isn’t bad though in Kirkland.

First time there and it was great. Clean, pleasant and nice warm water. I’ll be back!

I see all the great reviews on here and wish I could give one. I went in with a coupon for a shellac manicure. My cuticles were pretty bad, and unfortunately they didn’t do them any favors. The whole manicure including polish was done in only 30 minutes. The tech went along and cut my cuticles pretty severely, and they looked pretty ragged after she was done. After my manicure, my nails really did not look like a careful job was done, especially with the cuticles. She did do a good job with the polish, and it has stayed on for two weeks (I get light colors) but my cuticles look just as bad as they did when I went in. I feel it was a rush job, and that more care had been taken especially with the skin around my nails.

Finally, a salon in Kirkland that isn’t outrageously priced, that doesn’t feel like a factory. The owner worked on my french gel manicure and took her time. Beautiful work. Sister did pedicure, regular, and did not rush me, even though they had a little bit of a surge of customers. Again, great job, good leg massage. I will def return!

Lisa is really a perfectionist and an artist. I’ve been going to see her for many years and I don’t really ever consider going anywhere else. I see her for shellac french nails, and a french pedicure. I always feel like I look like a million bucks when I leave. Highly recommended.

I love Lisa and meeting her for our Shellac and waxing date every two weeks. She is so very friendly and happy to fit me in. This is my go-​to shop and I refuse to go anywhere else. You can’t beat the location, the price and the service. Love, love, love!
My husband even had his first mani there and is excited for a second visit! :]

They let me in right as they were closing on a Sat. night… soo sweet of them. They are very down to earth as well. Totally told me about their buisness.
I enjoyed my time there. I would bring cash… they take cards, but I think they like cash

Just came home from Four Seasons after an impromptu waxing session. I don’t recall the lady’s name who helped me, but she was super nice and tried to not cause my face or eyebrows too much pain :)
I’m über-​pale and although I did show some red botches afterwards, they quickly went away and my face didn’t hurt or sting as much as other places have done, that’s a plus.
Eyebrows, chin, and upper lip waxed for $ 30 including tip.
Overall the session was quick and not as painful as I anticipated, and I was very surprised & happy they were open on a Sunday!
