I didn’t check in online, but I know it’s a convenient option. It was a last minute decision to get a cut. I only had to wait 15 minutes. Lace was my stylist. She confirmed my preferences that they had on file, but I wanted a shorter cut than last time. So she asked many questions about what I wanted. I’m not one that ever knows the latest style or what would be the best cut for my face shape. She inquired about my lifestyle and general preferences. I’m a wash and go kind of gal for work and a baseball cap for the weekends. So she provided me with a couple of options. I picked the first option and love my new style! The only reason I gave this a four star vs five is because the phone rang consistently and with only two stylists and no front desk help, this forced them to keep stopping mid cut to answer the phone.

Went for the budget haircut this time around thinking that I could get away with it. Thought it was busy but come to find out it was 3 of the barbers sitting in the waiting area not doing anything. It was like they were surprised to see a customer in there. «Ummm. Hi welcome to Great Clips, do you need a haircut?» No guy, I came in to get my tires checked and my oil changed. Get to the barber station and nothing is set up. Are you gonna magically cut my hair with your fingers? One of the most awkward interactions that I’ve had in a barbershop. Really wanted to make it work. Close to home and cheap. Never again. Goes without saying the haircut itself was something I could of pulled off on my own with one eye open.

Cheap but the saying is true — you get what you pay for. Relatively fast, but mediocre haircuts. Both for men and women. Saying from experience. The waiting is usually because not enough staff, not because too many customers.

Definitely not coming back. I’ve been here 3 or 4 times since moving to the area a few months back. The first few haircuts were okay, but nothing to be excited about. The haircut I received yesterday was nothing short of mediocre and the staff was a complete joke. I had some woman who’s name started with an L… not even worth remembering. Worst customer service and attitude ever. She wanted to argue with me the whole time about how I wanted my haircut. I reminded her that I was the paying customer and know how I like my hair. Seriously… talking back to customers and rolling your eyes is not needed. The smart comments back from her weren’t necessary either. Overall it was a horrible experience and I dont recommend. All it takes is one bad experience for me to take my business elsewhere. I won’t be returning.

Both times we have try to come here the staff has been very rude and not helpful. we have a three-year-old son and At one point when he got scared the hairdresser even said«seriously dude?» Which is not appropriate to say in front of a client. Instead of talking like that she could have tried to be nice and made my son comfortable, both times they never even smiled so of course he was scared. All in all we are not impressed with how they treat their young clients and will be taking our business to an establishment with better respect

I like this place! I am able to check in online(or via the app) and rarely have to wait very long. The stylists always seem competent, and I have never had a negative experience with a haircut! 5 stars!

Really quick, painless, cheap and easy way to get haircuts. The first time I went there, they took down notes that they store in my account and they pull them out every time for a consistent haircut. Since I live very close, the online check-in is very handy — they have wait times online and you can check-in online so they are literally expecting you when you come in! The staff is really pleasant and seems passionate about their jobs, which is very nice and unexpected for a chain establishment.

First visit. My husband goes here, but he us easily pleased when it comes to hair. I walked in and was pleasantly surprised. I was immediately acknowledged and greeted as I entered. One of the stylists took my name and I was told it would be 10 mins, which it was. The stylist I got was Kelly and she was easy to talk to seemed to enjoy her work. I had a picture of what I wanted and the end product came close, a little shorter but nothing I can’t live with. All in all due the price, I’ll come again. Thanks Kelly!

Annamae(i think), here, saved my boyfriend’s hair tonight. He’d gotten a Wahl men’s grooming set and proceeded to trim his side burns… and ONLY his side burns… yet this endeavor went awry. With one quadrant of his head shaven different lengths from super bald to hardly touched, he sped drove here and one of their miracle workers quickly fixed it up. Looks pretty damn close to normal now. oh, kevin –__– ;;

I am very happy with the haircut Haley gave me! It’s exactly as I wanted(I brought in a picture), I explained what bothered me and what I wanted different-and she nailed it! I did not get a wash(I already washed at home) but she did blow dry and then fine-tuned the cut. I love it! All for $ 15 plus a tip! I’ve spent MUCH more for the same quality or worse cut. I will be back. Update: Haley was gone and I had my hair and my daughter’s hair cut by two different people. Mine was very mediocre and I’m fighting it every day. My daughter’s was botched. I just found out Haley is no longer there so, I have to take away some stars because I can’t recommend this salon.

The people who work there are always very nice and fun to talk to. They do a pretty good job from my experiences. Only complaint is that they cut my hair too short the last time I went after I showed them a picture of what I wanted ;)

I unexpectedly had to get out of town on a flight and my normal salon closed before I could get there. I desperately needed a bang trim. I checked Unilocal to find a decent walk-in salon and found this place. Within 5 – 10 minutes of walking in the door I walked out with freshly trimmed bangs. They didn’t screw them up and made sure to ask if I wanted them blunt or textured. Thanks for saving the day!

Solid conversation and a very good haircut at a decent price. No complaints here!

I brought in my Sounders ticket for a free haircut a few months ago for a promotion and the woman who cut my hair did a good job. I have a simple haircut but I am a woman, so of course I’m picky, and my expectations were met. My ends were even and she gave me the cut I asked for. I can’t really ask for much else.

The ladies here are very nice and have helped me and my hair out a lot :) My hair was in desperate need of a reboot, so I went in and just had them take it down to almost nothing. When I went back the second time after it had grown back a little I just kind of vaguely waved my arms around and told them I wanted something neat done with it. The lady(I’ll add her name when I remember it!) was very cool and came up with something that ended up being great. I’ve seriously gotten so many compliments on my new hairstyle. It’s a little shaggy in my userpic; my hair grows really fast and it was overdue for a cut ;) One thing that’s really nice is they keep a record of all the times you’ve been there and add little notes along the way like«Shave sides with #3» and«Leave neckline alone», so you don’t have to start over every time you go in. Prices are pretty reasonable too, $ 14 for a basic adult haircut.
