I went to Dr. Hopkins in the Everett location and really liked him. They did an x-​ray of my feet, he watched me walk, gave me an exam and spent time discussing my pain issues with me.
I had recently been to the Good Feet store, where the gave me a complete inaccurate evaluation and tried to sell me an orthotics system for $ 900.
I love that Dr. Hopkins did not try and sell me expensive items I didn’t need. In fact, he said I didn’t even need to spend the money on custom orthotics I could get away with a quality insert closer to $ 50. He also recommended stretches to help as well. I’d definitely recommended him.

Doctor was dismissive and said that the insurance plan I had wouldn’t cover a surgery he recommended, so come back when I could pay for it. Fair point, but rude phrasing. I asked him to be specific about the costs and healing times etc, and he gave me a lot of useful information, meanwhile behaving like he was annoyed that I was still talking to him.
Well, new year, new insurance… and I’m gonna take the useful information somewhere else where I am not treated like a pauper.

Had laser treatment 4 times, also topical treatment and lamas ill pills, this went on for 1 year and still have the fungus, laser is not what they say it is

The staffs were awesome and friendly. The doctor had been very helpful with explanation on writing on paper to communicate with me. Also he was patience and understanding, too. Made me feel good knowing that I am on the right direction to heal with my issue.

The office and MDs are great however—
I had the foot laser treatment done. I am a nurse and followed all the instructions per the MD. The treatment did not work.
I used the groupon, I was told when I went in I had to have both feet treated, not just my 2 big toes that were infected. I was also told, I had to come back in 2 weeks to have another laser treatment done to complete the treatment. Possibly 3 months later another one. I did the 2 treatments and paid twice.
I also did the topical medication twice daily and sprayed my shoes with antifungal weekly. I even went farther and bought all new athletic and work shoes to prevent re-​infection. I also bought all new socks. I wanted to be sure to take all precautions to clear my 2 toes of the fungus.
5 months later and my toe looks the same. I still have the fungal infection and lifting/​yellowing of my big toes. All in all a complete waste of over $ 1000.
After reading more reviews on the laser treatment it seems very ineffective. I would not do it again.

Had the treatment. Giving this 3 stars because the doctor was nice enough and office manager handled the situation with billing swiftly.
Not going back.

Similar story to others here. No complaints about people, process, place. Just ineffective treatment in my case after two rounds of laser treatment for toe nail fungus. No change observed. Can’t recommend the treatment.

I was treated a few months ago by Dr. Burakovskiy and he SAVED MY LIFE. Seriously. I was living on Advil because of a weird, phantom foot injury that wouldn’t allow me walk right for MONTHS and after a 60 minute apt I was on my way to a speedy recovery. What I appreciated most about this visit is the discussion around what might have caused the injury, how to avoid it happening again and then the follow up care. FIVE STARS!

Sorely disappointed in this experience. I purchased a Groupon for custom orthotics. The orthotics themselves are crap, and the process I had to go through to get them thoroughly unpleasant. The office staff practically twisted my arm to get me to give them my insurance info, even though I kept telling them I am not using insurance to pay for this, I’m using a Groupon. Then when they didn’t like that, the two girls behind the desk laughed with each other in Russian, how rude!
The experience with the doctor was less unpleasant – at least he was polite. But the appointments were very rushed and I don’t feel he took the time to truly make sure the orthotics were addressing my issues. At the second appointment (where I received the orthotics) I told him they were very uncomfortable and the arch support didn’t feel like it was in the right place. He just told me to wear them for a month and then get back to him. However there is no way I could wear these for a month! My feet were torn up after even a few days of part-​time use.
One of the two issues the orthotics were supposed to address was my leg-​length difference. My left leg is almost ½ inch shorter than my right. However, oddly, the right insert had a heel lift as well! And one that was only slightly less high than the left, meaning that the leg length difference was barely addressed at all.
The arch supports are so huge that they force me to walk on the outside of my feet. Had the doctor taken the time to understand my issues he would have known I already tend to do this (had he simply looked at the wear pattern on my shoes he would have seen it demonstrated too).
If I continued wearing these supports I’d bet good money my issues would be worse, not better.
I don’t feel like I even came close to getting my money’s worth and I am asking Groupon for a refund.

I first came to see Dr. Burakovskiy in March, 2012 for a broken big right toe. He is extremely professional and helpful. I underwent physical therapy (onsite) with Irina for a few months to try to alleviate the pain and avoid surgery.
I eventually opted for surgery in November, 2012. Dr. Burakovskiy made himself available to answer any questions I had, even on the weekends. His concern for my healing and well being was very evident. I am undergoing physical therapy again with Irina. She is also very professional and knowledgeable.
In addition, the office staff is extremely helpful and are always friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Dr. Burakovskiy.

I came in because i had excruciating pain caused by my toenail which i’ve had treated before but the problem would only temporarily go away.
Then my coworker suggested I go see Dr. Buckley located right near the Valley Medical Center in Renton. I made an appoitment and literally got treated the same day.
I was very impressed with the staff, they were very friendly and professional.
Dr. Buckley was pleasant and elaborative on answering my questions.
Weeks later, my toe feels great and i’m very glad i went in and got this problem fixed! I wish i came in right away!
I will definitely recomend this office to my family and friends!

Upon experiencing foot pain last year, I visited Dr. Burakovskiy and his staff. I was impressed with how swiftly they responded to my pain with a comprehensive approach that did not include pain medication (as my pain was not severe and I would much prefer to avoid medication). In the first visit, x-​rays were completed on site, and physical therapy (also on site) was set up. In addition to helping with the pain immediately (with a topical arnica gel), setting up a plan to heal and strengthen my foot, I was fitted with orthotics. I was back in business in no time!
The well-​oiled operation the clinic has in place was helpful in allowing me to get everything I needed in one place and they will be my go-​to foot doctors, should I need anything in the future.

I completed my third laser treatment for toenail fungus August 2012. On my second visit Dr. Burakovskiy’s suggested I post online how great it works… since I didn’t see any difference I hesitated. I was given the choice to come back for the third and final treatment to assure they had gotten it all, which i opted for. Upon completing the treatment I was told if I didn’t see any improvement within the next 3 – 4 months to give them a call. Well I called and left a detailed message as they weren’t open yet. I waited all day long for a return call… nothing. I called again the following day… I had previously inquired about the oral medication… I was put on hold while she questioned the doctor… I thought he could’ve at least spoke to me personally… said to come in for a biopsy… wondering why they hadn’t done one before I spent the $ 1200.00 for the laser! My honest opinion… save your money, time and high hopes… absolutely nothing was done for me… the doctor didn’t even speak to me. A lot of money for nothing!

The folks at Integrative Foot and Ankle have a professional office with reasonable time for appointments. I want to give an honest review here so I am writing this about laser treatment for toenail fungus.
I’m not so sure of the efficacy of the laser treatment for toenail Fungus. I took my son and he had a laser treatment with not much, if any improvement. I took him back and got a second treatment and he had negligible improvement. In all, I spent almost $ 1000 on two laser treatments and a topical medication. I thought a second treatment was covered in the $ 450 cost, but I either misunderstood or this was not explained clearly to me so I paid another $ 450.
After two laser treatments and no real improvement, I took my son to a Medical Doctor and he started taking oral medications and the improvement is substantial after only a month. The cost of the oral medication with insurance was under $ 50.
I know Integrative Foot and Ankle would say that in a small % of cases, the laser is not effective and maybe my son was that case. I was also a bit dismayed after spending $ 450 to see a GROUPON offered at a substantial discount.
