Top notch! I travel all the time and always try out new spots in new cities. This place was great. Clean, tranquil and worth every penny. Don’t forgot to give a generous tip! They do an excellent job!!!

This is a fabulous place for a massage, and the prices are just as fabulous as the experience! 45 mins for $ 30?! I make it out here a couple times per month, I can’t afford to skip it — I feel great! Lee & Jack are the best by far (I don’t want to share them!!!) The staff is friendly and courteous, but more so they go above and beyond to ensure you’re taken care of. You get way more than what you pay for, this truly is a Joy Spa! Love Love Love!

Clean, professional, courteous, and top-​notch massage. I highly recommend this place. They start with a lovely foot soak that feels so relaxing. The service is amazing — prompt and always courteous. Even if you get a «foot massage» it’s more like an all over massage. Wear comfy loose clothing, because they massage right over your cloths. They put a towel over you to keep you warm. Great experience overall.

I have been to a lot of foot massage parlors and this one is by far the best. The lighting is pleasant, it smells nice and is clean. The masseuse was very professional and did an excellent job, she really loosened up some knots in my back I didn’t even know I had. For $ 30 (#1) I had a 45 minute massage, 30 min of it was leg/​foot and the rest was back/​shoulders/​head. I highly recommend Joy Spa.

Best $ 30 spent on foot massage! I’ve been getting foot massages in over 10yrs and this place is superb~~ friendly Staff and she just knew where my knot was and made it much better.

I threw down for the 55 dollar hour long deep tissue massage and had Lee. Best massage of my life. Was expecting something second rate, but was better than anything I have had in PT, or any resort. Highly recommended.

Came here after a long weekend in Vegas to a well-​deserved foot massage. Called ahead to make an appointment and was seated right away. We got the #2 which includes a 30-​minute foot massage and 30-​minute back massage (which was more like a full body massage) for $ 35. DEALS! The shop is clean and quaint and the music puts you at peace. So much peace you might even fall asleep.
My only complaint is that the massage wasn’t longer, but I’ll definitely be back!

First time here and I was impressed by Jenny. I had the 90-​min massage. It reminded me of the great message I would get in Hong Kong and Thailand. You can tell she got skills. I wish they have private rooms, not just a curtain to close off the area. I would come back for the level of techniques and price.

I have been here twice and my husband once, we both got the $ 35 foot and back massage. What a treat! It’s very deep tissue, so if you don’t like that ask them to go a little gentler. It’s very relaxing to me; yes you’re in a room with several other clients but with the dimmed lights, towel over your face, waterfall fountain and quiet voices, you hardly notice this. For the price-​cannot be beat! It’s less than an insurance co-​pay for a massage therapist, and you don’t need a referral! Just writing this is reminding me of how stiff and sore my back is so maybe I’ll make another visit today!

I’ve had many massages. Deep tissue, Thai, stones you name it. Also I’ve paid hundreds for these types of massages and of course they were all good but I’d always have something to complain about. Didn’t do enough here or there. But still good. I mean anyone getting massaged by anyone will feel relieved right. BUT, joy spa is hands down one of the best! I’m a smaller girl and usually people are afraid to massage too hard. I was asked how the pressure was and he was not afraid to work! Every INCH of my body was massaged. Ears, face, neck, down to my toes! We got #6 combo 80 min for $ 60 Private little room. Cheapest and best massage I ever got! I will be back monthly!

I got a massage at joy spa last night by Ken and he did a awesome job. It was my 2^nd time going there. I will definitely be going back. The price is very good too.

My GF and I came here on a Saturday night after a long work week to get a foot and back massage and I was very happy. We got a #2. The atmosphere was relaxing, noise was minimum and not distracting. Relaxing music and the staff was courteous and friendly. The place was very clean as well. First up was the foot massage, very relaxing and really helped with some minor plantar fasciitis I was having. The therapist got deep into the foot and really helped. Next up was the back. This place tends to to more deeper, rougher massages using knuckles and elbows, so I suggest if you don’t want this, to communicate so to your therapist. The back massage was great! I wanted a rougher, more deep tissue massage and it really helped to work out the kinks and knots. Can’t beat the price either. I will be back

So my wife and I came in here last night because she had the biggest knots in her neck/​shoulder you could ever imagine. I have never been to one of these spas before just because from the initial look of it from the outside just doesn’t seem right to me but as soon as we walked in I felt relaxed. The lights were dimmed, there was a soft water flowing stream noise in the background and it was very clean looking from what I saw.
We both got the 1hr foot and back massage for $ 35…$ 35 to have someone rub my feet and back for 1hr ummmm yes please! My expectations weren’t super high because $ 35 for basically a full-​body massage just doesn’t seem right. He first started off by soaking my feet in warm water and started working on my arms/​hands and then he took my feet out of the water and went to town on them. He rubbed my ENTIRE foot that I don’t think he missed a single spot. When he was done squeezing/​rubbing my toes he flipped me over and started working on my back, there was some pain involved just because he used his elbow around my shoulder blades and middle back areas but for the most part it felt pretty good.
Like I said before I wasn’t expecting a professional massage for $ 35 but the service I got I will definitely come back.

Based on the reviews on Unilocal,I went to give a try. I purchased No. 2 (foot and back massage) I just walked in on the weekday afternoon and luckily didn’t have to wait. The foot massage was comfortable but the back massage was not what I was expected. I wore leggings that day and the masseur massaged my feet first, then on my back and put both his hands to pat from top of my back down to my buttocks over three times when I faced down. I didn’t think he was intentionally sneaking feel but it was a little bit awkward and uncomfortable. It would be better if he communicated more. I was aware of the language barrier but I am bilingual.
Will I go back? Probably not.

My friend and I came here to get some foot and body massages and left absolutely dazed. We actually only came to Joy Spa because the other place we went to at first didn’t have any open spaces. (Our fault, I suppose reservations are important.) However, we called Joy Spa and they told us they would be able to fit us in so we were instantly shown to the beds.
We opted to get the foot and body massage and it was an experience to lie down on the chairs and see stoic Asian men in matching uniforms. I like these type of massages because the men do not hold back on how strong they massage you. (I also like not having to strip.) The massage was strong! Very, very strong that I had bruises on my shoulder. But that’s what I needed, especially since I had a painful knot on my left shoulder that the therapist worked on constantly. He never asked me any questions but I felt like I could tell him any time if I wanted him to ease on the power. (My friend’s therapist did ask if it was too strong or not so maybe it depends on the person.)
Overall, great experience, I love the open space. I would definitely go back when I’m in the Kirkland area again.

Terrific service, wonderful ambience (peaceful and quiet) and great massage. I will definitely be a regular if they keep this up.

Outstanding reflexology place! Might be the best place I’ve ever been to for reflexology, actually! $ 25 for basically all-​over massage for an hour — that is pretty standard. However the quality of the massage as this place beats the inconsistency of those at other establishments such as the ones right on the water in the Kirkland Marina area.

I used to see a massage therapist, and she worked on me hard, but it still felt really good. They just kind of rub really hard. Probably won’t replace actual massage therapy, but is perfect price, great location.

When you walk in the strip mall shop, you are surrounded by dim mood lighting, trickling water fountains, and hanging paper lanterns. The shop is very clean debunking my original concern that came to mind regarding having my feet bathed in a cheap massage salon. Each of the bamboo soaking bins has a disposable plastic liner that is changed with each client.
Per all the Unilocal reviews, I called ahead and requested Harry as my massage therapist. I was walked back by him to a cushioned leather chair slash massage table and handed a card menu with options. #1: Hour of feet/​back was my choice. He used his hands like mallets, knuckles like rolling pins and fingers like pinchers to crack my toes. Harry utilized aspects of foot reflexology and detox involving various pressure points. The foot massage was performed with lotion and steam towels. He then moved to both arms, legs, buttocks and the nape of the neck. Harry rubbed me in places my partner never has — he was not shy but I was not complaining. The neck and back massage was very rough and hard which I prefer.
I have experienced many massages, including very expensive ones, and this was one of the best and most reasonable. I will definitely be back, particularly for a full back/​neck massage.
