I worked with Jeren in sales, Michael in finance, Martin in Internet, and Brian with management.
Where do I begin to express how happy I was with my experience? Maybe some back story. I’ve purchased 26 cars from various dealerships (Bmw Seattle, Landmark Motors, Park Place, Bellevue Cadillac, Porsche, many Larson dealerships, Infiniti of Tacoma, Mercedes Benz in Fife, etc etc). The respect I received from Jeren was amazing. I wanted to take out a car for a test drive and usually a dealership prejudges me based on my age and asks for a copy of my insurance and driver license (sometimes they even want a credit check prior). I get it but it’s annoying. Jeren didn’t bother with all of that, he grabbed the keys and we were off. He was a no pressure type of sales person who was down to earth and helped me make my purchase. He also didn’t try and sell me on my monthly payment and basically just informed me on what my total would be.
Next I was able to work with Brian the manager who was working this night (great name). We negotiated a fair price for my trade which I recently purchased so I knew I would have a little bit of negative equity (my fault). This still wasn’t a very bad deal for me since the price of their car was one of the more fair priced ones around. Anyway, kudos to you for meeting me closer to where I wanted to be to make the purchase happen.
Martin, you rock man, thanks for the email correspondence and chatting with me while Jeren prepared my car. I also appreciate you taking the time to have my new car filled with a full tank gas. This is something that hasn’t happened in the last few car purchase I’ve done. It’s the little things like this that compelled me to actually write a positive review online. Car dealerships take note that something this small goes a long way in some buyers minds.
Last was Michael in finance. Solid person to work with. He was able to explain everything else the dealership offered like extended warranties, GAP, and wheel coverage. These were all great offerings and I hope others take advantage of these great prices. I like that everything was a fair price and he was a straight shooter. It was also nice to know they work with CUDL and I could use BECU since that’s my primary bank. Michael showed me that I could use a different bank and save around 3 points of interest based on my credit score.
Overall I give this experience a ¹⁰⁄₁₀ and when I go to get my next car I will be reaching out to Jeren to see if he can track something down for me.

The entire staff made my most recent car buying experience memorable. Even before I finally got a chance to meet my sales representative, Michele Zacco, I knew I was going to be taken care of because of our conversations over the phone. For me, the whole process took almost a month due to time restraints. During that time, Michele always kept me informed and was always negotiating for me. Michele is exceptional because of his dedication, focus and patience towards the buyer. Michele negotiated the terms, which made purchasing the vehicle easier because of my work schedule and limited time commitment. Michele has certainly proven to be not only a great negotiator, but a good friend. Come see Michele for your next car purchase, he will always look out for you.
During post-​purchase, I had some cosmetic concerns with the vehicle and wanted to get them resolved. Brian Rockey, sales manager, worked with Michele in making it happen. Brian was prompt in handling the situation. I am quite sure that Brian, along with Michele, will be able to resolve any future concerns with the same promptness and friendliness service.
