Fortunately for prospective customers, this business has closed. Beware of using this establishment! I really wanted this to be a good place to take my clothes that need dry cleaned or pressed. It’s right on the drive between work and home, so convenient! They have done an OK job on my clothes — no disasters to report after one year of doing business. But here is where they dropped the ball and lost my business:(1) business hours — they don’t open until 8AM, so unless you work at a bank or on the night shift, chances are you can’t drop your clothes off on the way to work(which is what made them convenient, remember?) I have to be at work at 7AM(except Fri it’s 8AM), so that doesn’t work so well.(2) One Fri I decide to drop my clothes off on the way to work and be a few min late late(I’m the boss, so I can do that, right?). I pull right at 8AM and wait, wait some more, and keep waiting now because I’m on a mission. The guy finally rolls in at 8:25 so I can drop my clothes and get to work 30 min late :((3) on my last experience, I stopped by to pick up clothes on Fri after work, arriving at 4:45PM. The sign says OPEN, but there’s nobody there. A rather angry-looking man approaches my car, so I roll down the window to say«hi»(I’m a people-person) and he asks if I’m here to pick up my clothes? I say yes, he says«there’s nobody here» and that he’s been waiting ½ hour!” Then he pulls out a shotgun… just kidding… then he tells me this is not the first time nobody has been in the store during business hours, so he’s had it, gets back in his car and drives away. I then sit and wait, call the cleaners on the phone(no answer, no machine) and keep waiting for ½ hour before I have to leave. Not seeing any hours posted for the weekend, I’m a bit concerned because I’m leaving on a business trip Sun and need my clothes! Sat morning I head back to the store at 8:30 and still nobody is there — but the«OPEN» light is turned off, so I know someone has been there. I hastily write a note to call me immediately, stick it in the door crack and head to my office to prepare for my trip. I finally get called at 10AM to tell me the store is open. I did get my clothes in time to travel, but the inconvenience of their hours and the hassle of not being able to count on someone being there was enough. Three strikes, Miracle Cleaners: you are OUT!

Dry cleaning for me is one of those things that it hard to be impressed with. Recently the cleaners I use closed down. I have use Miracle Cleaners three times now and they have done a great job. I am pleased that they offer next day service AND actually get it done as promised. The employee I see every time I go in is polite. Thank you Miracle Cleaners… I will continue to do business with you.
