Extremely unorganized. I was marked as a no show, because I was ten minutes late for the first appointment of the day… I tried to phone, but the line just rang. Bemused… I agreed to reschedule. They canceled that appt. the day before, because I never called to confirm. No one in any fashion communicated that I needed to call to confirm. The nurse decided to leave me off the schedule with a promise to call back with how to move forward.(That was three days ago). I believe this is an indication of a subpar standard of care. This does not inspire confidence when considering who to entrust with an already damaged spine. If you are incapable of following through with a call back or with scheduling an appt without incident… How will these nurses respond if an adverse reaction happens after a procedure? Will I be told I’m over reacting… Will anyone even decide to call me back? Not willing to stick around and find out. Trusting my gut on this one.

I was referred to Dr. Lee when two other experts could not diagnose the source of my back pain and a pain management doctor told me, I needed to learn to live with this pain. During my first visit with Dr. Lee, I honestly wanted to cry. He truly listened and emphatically told me, he would find the source. True to his word, he found the source“s” and is working on correcting/eliminating them. Robyn H said it perfectly in her review. «He(Dr. Lee) is an expert in his field and believes in multiple modalities in the treatment of injuries» I find Dr. Lee is more than an expert. He adds to his expertise by his positive and friendly personality and demonstrating that he truly cares about you as his patient. However, most importantly, he does not prejudge your condition. He actually listens to what you explain and then treats to your individual pain and needs. I am 60 years young, an aggressive skier and instructor, I love to participate in boot camp, lift weights, jog, golf, hike, etc. Under his care, I believe, Dr. Lee will help me return to participating in the things I love to do. Everyone at Northwest Sports and Spine(not Spine and Sports) are welcoming, happy and caring.

I had a serious head, neck and shoulder injury after a hit and run ski accident in 2009. My family doctor, James Baskhar, referred me to Dr. Yung Lee at Northwest Sport and Spine Physcians in Kirkland. I have been under his continuous care for the last two years. He is an expert in his field and believes in multiple modalities in the treatment of injuries. He is very caring and supportive. I don’t know how I would have survived these last two an a half years without him. In addition, the staff is friendly and professional. I recommend him highly!
