Adrian might be called the «dragon lady» when it comes to how she deals with your claim but unfortunately, this also extends to how she treats you. Be prepared to be verbally abused and talked to like a child. If you are at all ignorant about the role of an advocate or feel unfamiliar with the L & I process, don’t expect answers here. I had a horrible experience with this firm and have told my referring physician and friends to not recommend. There are other advocates out there.

Adeline and Eva are a godsend. When I came to them my claim was a mess and L & I had stopped paying me. They not only corrected that and started my time loss again, they got me a bigger award when my claim closed. Throughout the process they were professional and personable. I always had the ability to go in and talk and they were always available for me. I don’t know where I would be today with out them. Thank you!
