1 start due to collection report. I had a blood test, gave them my insurance info. After 6 months I receive a dept collection notice — PACLAB never sent me a bill or gave any phone call, they just reported me to the Fresno collection agency! My home address was correct — i found a statement letter from my insurance confirming that they partially covered the service. I found another similar issue on internet with PACLAB.

This place is onsite at Evergreen Hospital and abhorrently packed with customers awaiting to be taken back by the technician. In addition, the woman who I suppose was checking people in (even though all you had to do was write your name down on a sheet) was lacking professionalism when patients, including myself, went to ask her how much longer the wait would be.
I recognize that there are other offsite laboratories where one can have blood drawn and that this location likely gets a lot of patients because they ARE at the hospital. Knowing those things, I would like to believe that the hospital and PacLab could work together to expedite patients.
Lastly, there are seats to wait… yet the place is so jam-​packed with patients, many people had to stand, including mothers with babies and elderly. The tension in the room could be felt the moment you walked in the door.
