At Pasada, we help people who feel stuck find a different way by shifting their perspective.

We recognize that changing an issue or problem opens the door to your vulnerability, and that this deep level of change can be painful and take lots of energy. We understand creating sustainable change requires you to shift your view about yourself and recognize that your «automatic» answer doesn’t have to be your only choice.

We offer an honest, compassionate and supportive way for you to move forward. We help you develop a plan and take steps, so you can get traction and stop spinning your wheels.

We help you develop skills and tools to stop the merry-​go-​round of automatic responses and learn how to make real choices. We support you in your awareness of uncovering your story, so you can begin taking risks, experience success, and create sustainable change.

We’ll put you back in the driver’s seat rather than you being a passenger on a bus traveling the same route with no way to get off.

History

Established in 2010.

I began my formal coach training in 2008 and completed my International Coach Federation credential in 2010. Since then, I have completed over 400 coaching hours.

Professionally coaching for 4 years following a 20 year career in education, I specialize in helping people who are stuck find a different way. I am invested in partnering with clients, so they find clarity and serene confidence in whatever changes they seek to make in their life. I believe my clients come to me whole, capable and resourceful. With my bold curiosity and powerful questions, clients develop insight and design actions to maximize their potential. My approach is to empower you to build on your strengths and tap into your knowledge, wisdom and passion. The result — unlimited possibility and lasting change from the inside out.

I am an active member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and serve as President of ICF Washington State, the local ICF chapter. I am credentialed by ICF as a certified professional coach – ACC

In addition to coaching, I practice as a Reiki Master in the Usui System of Reiki Healing.
